Over the years I have gotten more and more fed up with Tesla "service", as being unresponsive and…read moreuncommunicative. They proved unable or unwilling to fix the steering on our warranty-repairs-only 60K mile 2018 Model 3. In the cold, moving the steering wheel would produce creaking noises like opening an old door. After warming up through driving the hours to Dedham service, the steering sounded fine. I was told they would not work on it unless they could hear the problem themselves. When the heater failed, we had to do something. The Electrified Garage did what Tesla would not do. They looked at our car and found badly worn joints on the control arms, thrust arms and links in the steering and also in the rear suspension. The brake rotors were pitted and the mechanism rusted. Elements on the heater had burnt out. We thought it might take a week to ten days. Scott talked me through the scary $4000 estimate. At the start I thought we would only do the most urgent items, but by the end I asked him to do it all. It wasn't cheap, but it's 1 hour 45 minutes from our home to Amesbury. They replaced the suspension and brake components and the heater. Amazingly, they had all the parts in stock and they had our new car ready in two days. They spotted that the sticker was due and did that too. Two days later, Scott picked me up from the rental car place. He showed me the old parts and I saw how bad the joints were. When I drove the car back, I couldn't believe how much younger and smoother the car felt. The creaking noises are gone, the car rides better over potholes and points better. The only change I would like to make is to have the garage closer to our house! They didn't give me anything for writing this!

I contacted them on Wednesday 4/15/26 to confirm then Sarah says they made a mistake and made the appt for someone else, but they could schedule me for an appointment a few weeks later. Mind you, I live 2 hours away and took off work for this appointment. I requested to speak to a manager. I got no call back like Sarah said they would but instead I get a text message from Chris, the CEO. His text message reads: "Hello Brian, Chris CEO of Electrified Garage. After reviewing the previous history and interactions we don't feel we are a good fit for your service needs. We are respectfully going to decline further service for your vehicle. This decision is final. Sarah is not to be contacted for further service appointments. We are sorry that we won't be able to provide future service and wish you good luck with your ownership elsewhere." Chris didn't even take accountability and admit that his employee made a mistake but instead responded in a dispicable manner especially after I've been a customer for years and visited on many occasions. I get reprimanded and penalized because of a scheduling mishap. Everyone reading this, do yourselves a favor, take your business elsewhere!! Chris and electrified garage have no loyalty towards customers, they are extremely unprofessional and lack integrity.
