Tesla fan boy approved. My ninja Rich and his posse of Elon outlaws are pioneering the way. Pounding the path, one Tesla at a time.

Ultimate Wheel Pros - Matte sparkle green

Ultimate Wheel Pros

(12 reviews)

Between a couple of guys, a car can be a wicked sentimental thing. Not to the point of it becoming…read moreone's entire identity, mind you (well...not for MOST of us anyway); but rather...an extension of it. I gather that's why Jesse does what he does. Because his passion for enhancing the wheels' aesthetics exceeds even the wildest of expectations. So, there was an idea I had been putting off for a long time. Before discovering Ultimate Wheel Pros, my rims had a serious case of curb rash for years now. At first, I thought I'd get a simple refinishing. Then...I had a slightly cooler idea: recoloration. Only I didn't stop there. You guys ever drive a car with run flats? Well, for those that aren't familiar with the sensation, it feels like driving on rocks 24-7. Apropos my rim project, I sought an additional opportunity. I would finally ditch the run flats for traditional tires. I even got a solid recommendation courtesy of Jesse on the best tires to get for year round driving with tread that could simultaneously mitigate typical New England winters (no, I'm not going off-roading). And so it was. Jesse hooked me up with complete rim customization, replacement tires, and a new TPMS. The cool part is I apparently qualified for an $80 tire rebate. Noice! Now, you'll notice there's no specific address on Ultimate's Yelp page and there's a reason for that. You see, they offer mobile services (presumably throughout most of NH and parts of Mass), which I couldn't take advantage of due to strict condo association rules and such. Ergo, I had to drop my car off at Jesse's place for temporary storage whilst he worked his magic. Normally, I'd have sent Yelp an updated address by now. But since I'm not in the business of doxing anyone, I'd rather not. The timeline for this type of work will greatly depend on a number of variables; namely what type of work you want done, how meticulous you are with your instructions to Jesse, and most importantly...when you drop your vehicle off (unless you opt for the mobile service). If there is one thing I could go back in time and do differently, I'd have dropped my car off WAY earlier than 10 something in the morning; probably like 7:30 or something, before Jesse left for the day. Because then he might have been able to start immediately as opposed to a day later. My fault, I guess. So, this whole thing ended up taking a little over a calendar week (or 6 business days, to be exact), only because the crew apparently forgot to install the new TPMS. This was a minor bump in the road though because in the end, the results were well worth the wait. Yeah, it was a little more than mildly annoying, but that's mainly because I hate being without my own car for more than a few days. Ah, well. Water under the bridge at this point. Would I recommend this business? Absofrickinlutely! Jesse is wicked easy to get in touch with, very responsive, and willing to accommodate all your requests to the best of his ability. He is clearly a subject matter expert in his craft and I honestly couldn't recommend a better shop, especially if you're a fellow New Hampshirite. Their prices are more than competitive, particularly when compared to that of shops residing in Mass. And you guys can check out their entire catalog via their website. Given their minor ETA faux pas, I'm canonically giving Ultimate Pro Wheels 4.5 stars; which basically rounds up to 5 matte sparkling green wheels beaming down the freeway on clouds for tires out of 5! ^_^

Highly recommend! Ultimate Wheel Pros is amazing! I honestly didn't think anyone could repair my…read morebrand new 2026 rim with significant curb rash/gashes. They repaired my damaged rim to like new at a great price! They explained my options, made scheduling easy, and completed the repair quickly. Just stay away. Google the owner, Jorden Isaac in Haverhill before you hire this business. Busted…read moretwice for heroin ~10 yrs ago. Draw your own conclusions about what sort of services such an individual may provide. I didn't realize this until I venmo'd him a deposit to purchase materials for my wheel refinishing. Everyone deserves a second chance right? That's what I told myself as I feared for the worst. I should have trusted my gut because the experience with this guy was TERRIBLE from the get go, but I kept telling myself that these were honest mistakes. The most sporadic, unpredictable, awful work quality, and piss poor communication I've EVER dealt with. I don't even know where to start with this saga so I'll give the cliff notes. Wanted the guy to refinish my wheels and touch up some paint on the body of my car. He decides to REPAINT the car in my garage. What I thought was going to be a couple hours of work turned into MULTIPLE DAYS of work (never full days - he'd often show up and then leave for HOURS and then show up in the evening). I thought he was going to do touch ups, and I walk into my garage to see the front end is COMPLETELY sanded off. Never told me what he was going to do and what he was going to charge. Increased the scope of work and cost 7x vs. what he'd signaled to me. Can you believe it? Given painting was not in a controlled environment, I end up with bugs, pitting, overspray, and dust in this newly painted finish that doesn't even match the rest of the car and I'm paying 7x what he told me. What a joke. Total nightmare dealing with this guy. He promised me I'd be happy with the work and there's literally nothing that I can say is good work. Wheels have pitting and unevenness, there's overspray on my garage floor, windshield, headlights, trim. Bugs and dust in my paint. This doesn't even cover that he would be working in my nice quiet residential neighborhood till 11PM on weekdays at times, with an air compressor and generator on! Told me he'd show up in the morning one day and shows up at 830PM! Tells me another day he'd show up and doesn't even show up. One day had his brother work on the car who did even shoddier work, and had to spend another day to fix all his mistakes. Then he has the audacity to tell me he has spent too much time on the job and is losing money on it. Well guess what - I never signed up to spend 7 times the initial quote to have a full repaint done that Maaco would be embarrassed of. What kind of outfit is this? Take your money and go somewhere else. You'll be glad you did
