I sent a text to UWP on a Friday night. By Sunday I had a response, a quote, and a few chats back and forth to understand the process. I dropped my wheels for about a week (had time!) and picked them up on time the following week. 3 of the 4 rims I dropped were bent. Jesse fixed all 3 and the tire shop was impressed with how straight they were. If your wheels are bent, this is the place for you! (I live in Vermont, and I'm still waiting for the VT based shop to provide a quote. Sometimes all it takes is some communication and a desire to take on the work) read more

I highly encourage people to NOT use this business. I do have unique wheels, but my work request was accepted by Jesse. I was told my wheels would be done in 3-4 business days. After ten days I messaged asking for an update and was told they were in the process. Four days after that I was told they would be done the following week. After twenty days of unanswered texts and calls, I finally received a response. (which I believe is only because I said I would have to file a police report) Then he admitted that he broke a part of my wheel and is waiting for a part to come in. Five weeks after I dropped them off, I reached out again and they finally said my wheels were done. (they didn't message me that they were ready) After all, there was no discount offered for the unprofessionalism, extra month of time and lack of communication. At the end, the final product was underwhelming. I ended up being out $1,100 for a month of stress and a sub-par powder coating job. Not sure if it has to do with me being a woman and him taking advantage of that, but I definitely do not recommend either way. Update: The owners response below is following him threatening me with 24 hours to take this review down or he would file a police report against me. I sincerely hope he learns that communication and honesty is key to owning your own business. I did not know what was going on with my wheels, so I was worried I wasn't getting them back. Things happen and not every customer is going to be happy. I did clarify with him privately that I had no intention of getting money back with my review. i want to extend a big thank you to Jesse and his crew. However, i was not totally pleased. I communicated with Jesse after i was informed my wheels were done i even texted him the minute I left my house. I live 1.5 hrs from his place in Auburn NH, totally my responsibility. when i arrived i was excited to get my repaired Ram Wheels, only to find out they were the wrong wheels. the mix up was the driver/technician grabbed the wrong wheels. i believe this is a growing pain of the company that i experienced, Jesse mentioned and identified he was short on workers and other logistical issues. With that being said if more attention to detail was afforded the wheels may not have been mixed up. Human error i get it, i make mistakes to, i forget to. In no way should these errors ever be passed to the customer. Jesse did make a conscience effort attempt to fix the issue, and i had my wheels the day he said they were finished, but i needed to do some major foot work, what was only susposed to take 3hrs round trip took 8hrs total. Both my wife and i who traveled to patronize UWP were met with a dilemma she lost money for her business due to the fact we could not arrive home in the alotted time and i had take time off to gather my wheels. Not Jesse's responsibility but a huge PITA, the price i paid to have my wheels as promised. I was on a time constraint and needed my truck back up and running. I dont feel a employees lack of detail or miscommunication to him by Jesse is a customers fault. Jesse is using third party businesses to complete services, atleast in my situation. To many moving parts made the mistake an issue. i can say the wheels look great and im very happy to see them in like new condition. Just be mindful when you choosing Ultimate wheel pros. Im not leaving this review to slander UWP but just to make everyone aware. The workmanship is very good. I do however have a low spot from possibly a weld that was grinded down to far, it shouldn't leak, but another thing to be aware of. Best of luck in the future UWP. read more
