I've had root beer floats before, but I had only seen soda fountains like this in movies--and I had to look up what a flavored phosphate drink was. I decided to post because I see not only did the manager or owners or anyone reply to any of the negative reviews about the pharmacy, the problem is obviously still ongoing and I believe perhaps due to newer employees. After three attempts at getting a valid rx sent by my doc three times because the pharmacy kept claiming they didn't have it- I'm sure something fishy is up. First they say they didn't get it. Then they say I don't have insurance. (Clearly not true showing my valid insurance cards and calling the insurance company.) then they say ok we will Give you 4 pills until you figure it out? Me figure what out? The doctor and the insurance company say it's the pharmacy and I believe it now with all the weird statements and claims I've received from pharmacy. And they won't sell it to me without insurance even if that was true which isn't ok if they have the order from doc. Called insurance back 3rd time and they say pharmacy states they filled it for 3 mos and I picked it up. Someone is screwing with me and I'm so upset that the pharmacy does not give a crap and will do nothing on their end to fix it. The insurance lady said nothing they can do it's there issue. Trying again to get it later and online it now says waiting for me to pick it up then another order says being filled. Definitely need a new pharmacy this one has me done! Too bad because I also spent money on other things when I'd go. No more. And no more recommending them. Sad. People who run important businesses that can seriously alter one's health without proper service should give customers some help in this area rather than ignoring the obvious issues. And when you buy something they ask you...."would you like this gift wrapped". Also they have a nut counter... you know or maybe you don't remember being able to go in to a drugstore and buy warm nuts. They keep all the nuts under a heat lamp and they are warm and tasty when you want them. Everyone was helpful and nice... guess it goes along with the Brookings experience.

The maskless woman ahead of me at the register was rung up without an employee telling her she *was required by law* to wear a mask. Then another person entered without a mask and not a single employee said a word. This sign stating that masks are required was pushed to the side of the door, and I pulled it front and center as I left. I am not so worried for myself, but for our seniors and immunocompromised individuals. I really hope that Rite-Aid will begin to enforce this MANDATORY rule. This is a serious public health concern. You can do better.

I told this rude person I didn't know, and he said "well you should know" in the most condescending way. I told him what I thought of his attitude and waited for him to fetch his manager, who was barely helpful but did at least manage to let me know it would be delivered the next day. I really do need my meds delivered and if I have to put up with the rudeness, so be it, but I will look elsewhere But I really can't recommend this disorganized mess to anyone else.
