    Titled: Umbrella doll. Price: $35.96
    Katrina W.

A sampling of what they have at Rogue River Pharmacy, in no particular order: - one-size-fits-most dresses for $10 - walkie talkies - birthday cards - patio furniture - prescriptions - giant taxidermied bears - hot-dog flavored gum - camping gear - fabric, yarn, and notions - snacks - firearms & ammunition - scented candles - water toys - fancy dolls made out of umbrellas All fit into a strip mall storefront. It's like a pocket-sized Walgreens meets Hallmark meets Sportsman's Warehouse meets Jo-Ann's meet Spencer's Gifts. It's a one-stop-shop just perfect for a town the size of Rogue River. I bought a hat and a tank top with their logo & motto: "Rogue River Pharmacy: Guns & Drugs." Also some chips and batteries and a set of walkie-talkies. I dawdled for quite some time, ever wary that I'd worn out my welcome, and while the sign at the gun counter seemed appropriately threatening ("Nothing here is worth dying for"), I felt nothing but friendliness from the very gentlemanly gentlemen who helped me find what I needed. Let's just say: when the Big One hits, this is definitely where I'd want to be.

I got upset because I knew it was wrong. She told me to calm down or she wouldn't fill my prescription. She wanted to know " WHY" I needed this medication, what happened to me and how and so on. This pharmacy has never been a good place to go safely. I've been talked down to and embarrassed. This is the second time I've had issues at this pharmacy. Had a different one been open ( it was weekend) I would have never gone back. Rite Aid knows about this. Doesn't seem to care.

I had two prescriptions sent over by my doctor yesterday, early afternoon, to address a severe and debilitating illness. As of today, those prescriptions are still not ready. I understand that it might take them three or four hours to count to 30 but taking multiple days to do so is unreasonable. No one ever knows what's going on. The pharmacists are rude and dismissive. You can stand at the counter for 5 minutes, staff will look at you, but no one will acknowledge you. Maybe they're understaffed because they have to pay for a store location that is five times larger than it needs to be. The store itself enormous. They are 500 feet from an Albertsons, but they have aisles of groceries and personal products that are more expensive then actually going to the grocery store for groceries. The saddest part is that these aisles are mostly empty (except for the liquor coolers at the back). Other aisles are completely empty year-round. Whatever corporate buffoon made the decision to stand up the behemoth drugstore to try and compete with a grocery store while understaffing the PHARMACY (remember this is supposed to be a drug store) should be terminated immediately for gross incompetence.

The maskless woman ahead of me at the register was rung up without an employee telling her she *was required by law* to wear a mask. Then another person entered without a mask and not a single employee said a word. This sign stating that masks are required was pushed to the side of the door, and I pulled it front and center as I left. I am not so worried for myself, but for our seniors and immunocompromised individuals. I really hope that Rite-Aid will begin to enforce this MANDATORY rule. This is a serious public health concern. You can do better.

When I asked if he could tell me when I could expect delivery of my medicine he rattled off the delivery dates, and I didn't know when mine were (in fact they have always delivered the soonest possible and this was news to me.) I told this rude person I didn't know, and he said "well you should know" in the most condescending way. I told him what I thought of his attitude and waited for him to fetch his manager, who was barely helpful but did at least manage to let me know it would be delivered the next day. I really do need my meds delivered and if I have to put up with the rudeness, so be it, but I will look elsewhere But I really can't recommend this disorganized mess to anyone else.
