I have eaten here multiple times and every time I order it takes 20 minutes to get my food and when I do get the order the food is not right I ask for certain things not to be on the food and when I get it my food is everything that I asked not to be on the burger is on there. And this last time I asked for a triple cheeseburger and a double cheeseburger, the triple had only 2 1/2 patties one patty looked mutilated and my burger was smashed down it looked like a flat burger, the patties were over cooked really dry my burger was swimming in sauce, this store the restaurant needs to re- train the employees because they can't cook the food right. I don't recommend this location. Also management was yelling at their staff really in professional I do t recommend the Hess location, get some grown up cooking that know what they are doing, teens should just stick with cleaning.... read more

WTH! The staff are clearly new. We where the only customers in line and the staff all just stood there staring at us until we finally asked them to take our order. Their process is completely backward. You go through the line, look at the flavors of ice cream, memorize what you want, and then do your best to remember it all as you order and then wait FOREVER to get your food. They're new. I was truly disappointed with the service today. I went there for lunch today via drive through and it took 35minutes to get my order of two burgers and fries in 95 degree heat. The girl at the window handed me my drinks and a ice cream which melted before I received my food, no the ice cream was for someone else, so I did not eat it while waiting. I honked my horn as the gurl would not turn to the window and asked her what the delay was. She shrugged her shoulders and said I'm sorry. I finally received my food and said 30 minutes is ridiculous, she smiled and said "try to enjoy the rest of your day sir. bad service equals bad Management. read more

This was probably one of MY WORST drive-thru experiences! First, the line was a little long, but I figured it would be worth the wait, due to Rogers' claims of 'fresh food'. By the time I got to the ordering screen, I was told that the shake machine was overheated. The main reason I came, was for a good old fashioned SHAKE! I ended up ordering a cheeseburger & two shakes converted to floats. Some more waiting. By the time I got to the pick-up window & paid for my order, the cashier (Kimberly) handed me two 'shakes' with the wrong flavor. I was wondering how she made 'shakes', when the shake machine was 'overheated'. I said that's not my order. She couldn't find my order & said that the server went down while she was taking my order. I told her what my order was, she voided the wrongly paid for order, charged me for the right one (should have been free of charge at this point) & I parked in the parking lot while the order was made. Another girl/woman came out with drippy sticky floats & forgot the cheeseburger! She came back out with the cheeseburger. This whole process, from start to finish, was 45 min. No, I'm not joking. When my husband bit into his cheeseburger, ketchup squirted everywhere & the patty was BURNT! The floats tasted like they were made with freezer burned ice cream. I won't be back. read more

I'll start off by saying I love their shakes. MY biggest issue is my order is literally wrong 8 out of 10 times I've been there. I always ask for bacon or even double bacon on my cheeseburgers and they fail 8 out of 10 times to fulfill that request. (I am charged for it too) I seriously implore you to have somebody double check every order they goes out. It's very frustrating to say the least. read more

Dont go here if you have anything to do within an hour. Been here 3 times and every time it's a 40+ min wait in the drive through. Once your in, your stuck so be prepared to wait a loooong time. Fell asleep twice waiting. Lobby is still closed for some odd reason, even though every one elses lobby's are open, so you have no choice but the drive through. There is a sign in the drive through disclaiming the long wait time, attributing it to 'quality'. Ok fine, wait time aside, I get to the window FINALLY and my order wasn't totally correct. Asked twice for an order correction, but when I asked the second time the gal at the window just rolled her eyes at me as if I was inconveniencing her as she proceeded to hand me yet again the wrong items. I was so annoyed after the long wait time and the order being botched, I didn't even care at that point. I just left. Not worth the hassle. Wont be back. It's too bad, because the burgers are good, but not good enough to deal with all that again. The overall system they have is broken and not worth the better part of an hour for "fast food" or anything but fast. I'd much rather leave a positive review, but it is what it is. read more

Food is excellent, but the customer service is a joke. Called in our order, was told it would be ready in 15-20 mins. Walked in 15 mins later, no one acknowledged us and we sat and listened to 3 teenage employees arguing with one another, dropping F bombs like we weren't even there. Waited in the restaurant another 15 mins for our food, probably because of the arguing. Was told it was just being prepared (now 30 mins later) it was a joke and took way too long for a few burgers. We've tried this burger joint multiple times since they opened. Every time there has been something wrong with our order. Over cooked meat. Under cooked meat. Dry meat. Soggy fries. Forgot the fries. Wrong burger. Forgot a burger. And the staff seems to think it's play time not work time. They're always goofing off, chatting with one another, ignoring customers. It also seems if you go inside to order, they put the drive-thru orders ahead of you. But when you use the drive-thru it takes soooooo long to get your order. 20 minutes is way too long to with only 2 cars ahead of you. I don't know if the Rogers locations are individually owned/franchised or if they are all under one owner because the other locations don't have the poor staff and poor food that the Hayden location has. read more

I have been to this Rogers numerous times. It was my favorite place to eat out. Before this opened I use to drive to Sonic in Post falls. I changed my diet 2 months ago and decided tonight I would have a cheat meal. I was so excited. Not sure if management changed or new cooks not trained well but I was extremely disappointed. The fries were soggy I had to bake them in my oven when I got home. The burgers were burnt and extremely dry. On top of all that I sat in the drive through with only 2 cars ahead of me when I pulled in and sat for over 25 minutes. I never want to go here again. Such a disappointment! I'm giving it a 2 star because this place used to be top notch. read more

I ordered no onions. Got onions. I got an extra patty and slice of cheese though.... burger still came out tasting as I loved, super gooey in my mouth. Ok but for real, these fries gotta go, they are awesome cut and flavored but flaccid as H man, I even sent them back to fixin on well done and boom still a fail on my hard French fry meter. And the service, well they are all kind as could be! Overall good joint. Don't order fries. I've cream was outstanding. read more
