AMAZING STOP! Friends and I had some time to kill before tee time and stoped in and found the most amazing associate, Juyeon! She set us up on the simulator and helped us with our swing showed us some clubs and even allowed me to use her personal driver. Which now is on my Christmas list! My husband thanks you Juyeon lol. I have not experienced this level of customer service in so many years I will forever return any time we get back to Kauai even if it's just to say hello. Great service, knowledgeable and helpful. But, we bought a Bushnell golf speaker with GPS. We purchased it on a Wednesday and my husband forgot to bring it to his golf game Friday. I was charging it and the bottom fell off. I couldn't figure out how to put it back on. We went back on Saturday to exchange it, and the young man behind the counter was adamant that we dropped it. Then the owner who is always very nice, told us it was a final sale for the exchange because she had to eat the cost. I could be wrong, but most stores send it back to the vendor and get a credit or replacement. read more

I stopped by this new location on my way up to Princeville and picked up a new putter and a glove. It was super easy to get in and out of, with plenty of parking. I came to Kauai for vacation with my family and planned to play a few rounds of golf. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the airport my clubs were nowhere to be seen... So I looked up local golf shops to see if I could find some rental clubs and came across Roger Dunn, which was easy access from the airport and on my way to where we were staying. It took just a few minutes to get to the store and I felt like I had hit the jackpot! It's a great store that has everything you could want for golfing on the island. I was able to rent clubs from a good selection of rentals, and the staff was super helpful in getting me set up and very sympathetic to my situation. While I was there, I bought some Titleist golf balls, a Footjoy glove, a new pair of Gfore Hawaii themed golf shoes and a couple really nice "Aloha" shirts...I was ready for golf in the Islands!!! A big thank you to the staff and owners of Roger Dunn for turning a bad situation into a total win! They have a great selection of unique golf gear, super friendly and helpful staff and a convenient location. Roger Dunne Golf was a well stocked shop, had reasonably priced clubs, and Juyeon was a very knowledgeable and friendly salesperson.
