Katie and Matt were phenomenal guides and really created a safe space in what can be deemed as being scary to many. They furthermore create opportunities to bond and celebrate each other through the process of repelling and learning to repel, while knowing their audience and really bringing the perfect hospitality feel. This was well worth the money and the time that they give you out there - they also provide equipment and gear for you at no added cost, which has not been the case at many of the other things that we have done. They also will provide you with choices of how or where you can propel within your comfort and based on skills and teach you how to dry repel prior to actually doing it which really helps with boosting confidence - I was very fortunate and comfortable with being vulnerable and ventured through the waterfall! Cannot guarantee this to anyone, yet it made my experience very memorable and put me into a huge state of humility and peace. We will be back again and I hope it is sooner over later! She had to take an Uber and they sent us coordinates which was weird and she ended up walking a bit because it was on private land. The following is her review: Very cool . would do again. They remembered my name and made sure I had pictures and videos taken of me even though I was there by myself. Very encouraging and helpful on the waterfalls on the island. I have not experienced this level of customer service in so many years I will forever return any time we get back to Kauai even if it's just to say hello. Bamboo everything. That's how I can sum up this shop. All of their products are cloth made from…read morewoven bamboo. It's not a massive selection and you won't find much in the way of patterns, but they do have a lot of colors, which is helpful. This store sells shirts and sheets that are eco-friendly, soft, and allegedly very durable. The best selling point is that they are lightweight and cool. They reportedly breathe as well as cotton, and the sheets apparently don't get as hot at night. The sales people are very informative and friendly, but not pushy. It's a bit more expensive than you can find bamboo products elsewhere, but then again, everything is a bit more expensive in Hawaii, so I'm not too surprised. We ended up not buying anything on this initial trip, but I'll probably be buying from them online soon.

I was in somewhat of a hurry and I told her that so she helped me out even more so. I unfortunately only left with one dress just because I didn't have enough time.
