Nikki took our photo and gave us the BEST service when we were there.

During my vacation, the week of April 4-April 10th, I went into the Lululemon store in Koloa 3 different times searching for the exclusive Hawaii merchandise. The first day I got a pair of Align navy blue cropped leggings however both of my teen girls couldn't find their sizes for the Hawaii shorts they wanted. All of the workers in there checked in with us multiple times while we were shopping, took our pictures against the back wall, and encouraged us to check back daily as they get new shipments often. We came two other days, the second day my older daughter found her size in the shorts, and my youngest daughter was celebrating a birthday that week, but after 2 visits still no Hawaii shorts in her size. The day we flew home we tried one last time, and the amazing Nicki, had set aside two pairs for us, so I surprised my daughter on the way to the airport with the shorts she wanted in her size. Both my 15 and 16 year olds are now matching in their HA merch from Lululemon. This honestly might have the nicest people working at this store. Must be the extra Aloha there! Thanks Nicki and Koloa store crew! :)

Residue on my hardwood floor...I have mopped it twice but it won't come off.

Angela was absolutely amazing. So helpful, kind and efficient. She helped us get everything we needed and was an absolute delight.

I visited this boutique recently and had a very disturbing experience. During my conversation with…read moreone of the salespeople, they made openly antisemitic remarks about Jewish people. It was completely unprovoked, inappropriate, and deeply offensive. No customer should be subjected to this kind of hateful language, and it made me extremely uncomfortable. I want others to be aware of my experience before choosing to shop here. There are plenty of businesses on Kauai that treat all people with respect--unfortunately, this was not one of them during my visit.

The customer service wasn't the same. Twice this week on two separate visits I experienced very poor customer service. The first visit found myself and only one other customer in the store. As I was browsing, the employee was chatting with another customer about her divorce, her two son. I they had biblical names. Anyway, everything was about her divorce and her sons, not once did she stop to ask if I needed help. I continued to browse, and she never approached me. Fast forward a couple days, Thursday I checked the website for hours, which indicated 9:00 a.m. I knocked on the door, the employee looked up and ignored my knock. So I called to see if they would be opening soon, no answer! Employee can still see me I knocked one more time and she looked up gestured her hand as to flipping/shooing me away! I tried to make eye contact gesturing with my hands two five (10:00) she continued to shoo me away with her hand. Honestly, all she had to do was simply tell me when they would be opening. I felt she was very rude, and unprofessional. I've spent a lot of money in their establishment, told my friends too. However, I will no longer spend my $$$$ at any Blue Ginger.

The space looks shiny and clean, the wood floors gleaming. We had dinner at Garden Island Grille next door tonight and spent a few minutes beforehand exploring Koloa Trading Post. It was notable for its interesting and appealing merchandise and the absolute unfriendliness of the young woman who was working there tonight. Alan and I wandered through for 5 or 10 minutes looking over the merchandise. We were not acknowledged, nor were any of the other customers who wandered through, as far as I could tell. There are hats and aloha shirts, interesting decorative and functional ceramics, funny socks and oven mitts w/ funny and vulgar sayings.. There are t-shirts and jewelry and other items. We left and went next door to put our name in at the restaurant. The wait was about 30 minutes. Alan saw an attractive long sleeve t-shirt in the interior window facing the hallway to the restaurant. Because he liked it we went back. I thought it was for him, but it was a woman's style and he was thinking it would be for me. I liked it and decided to buy it. He gave me his credit card and I took the shirt to the front desk where the young woman had been helping another customer, who seemed to be making a return. I handed her the shirt and she asked if that was all I wanted. Yes. She rang me up, folded the shirt carelessly and put it in the smallest bag possible. Whoever owns this store has nice taste in merchandise, but needs to hire staff who are more outgoing and helpful. I'm not particularly demanding, but I do expect to be acknowledged when I'm in a store. The 4 stars are for the merchandise.

We only had our carry-ons and the clothes on our backs. My husband and I needed some clothes and we decided to stop here because it was within walking distance of the Grand Hyatt where we were staying. We had stopped at other shops and either women's suits were running $50 per piece for a bikini or more. Luckily I was able to find a two piece swimsuit from Sea Level Swim Australia here for about $70 due to a 50% off clearance sale. My husband got a discounted pair of swim trunks in the $30 range. This store saved the day because I was not about to swim in a hotel in my undies. Visited: January 2023

Came here the next morning to at least find a swimsuit to enjoy the hotel pool for the day. It was about 1.5 mi walk from Grand Hyatt. Upon arrival, I found that due to a 50% clearance sale on certain items that this was the only affordable place in the area to find stuff under $100! My wife got a swimsuit from Sea Level Swim Australia for about 80 bucks (2-piece), while I got Billabong board shorts for $30!! Great deal! And a life saver too!! They also sell t-shirts, Aloha shirts, swim cover-ups, beach blankets, sunglasses, and more!
