This was my FAVORITE store to shop at during our entire week in Kauai. We drove by it enough on our way to Java Kai and decided to check it out. It's a large store with tons of swimwear, casual wear, hats and accessories. I wish I had spent more time here because the sale rack looked very enticing. Even without the items on the sale rack, the prices are still very reasonable. My husband got an awesome RVCA jacket, and I found a few bikini pieces and shirt that I liked. And the customer service is awesome! They are so friendly here, and I loved the whole vibe of the place. I would strongly recommend coming here if you're looking for clothing or swimwear. read more

Really good surf shop and great customer service in Kapaa town. I'm always on a mission to find Hawaii only Hurley clothing and I found it here along with some really cool Kauai specific tank tops & tees. One, in fact caught my eye one day we were walking along Kuhio Highway and that's why we stopped in. It was on a display mannequin outside and when I found the stack inside the store, they didnt have the color or size as the one outside. I asked the lady working there if she could grab the one from outside and she was totally willing to do that. Super cool of her... I got that Kauai tank, a Hurley Hawaii tee and a couple of Kauai tee shirts as souvenirs for relatives back on the mainland. I really liked some of the designs they have. They were pretty timeless. Easy purchase. I also made a special order online purchase after getting back to the mainland on a Kauai rooster trucker hat that I saw at their shop and regretted not buying. They reached out to me, set up a link on their website and i was able to pay for it secure, as well as have it shipped to my work address. I really appreciated them going above and beyond for me. As you know, Kauai isnt as busy as the other Hawaiian islands so e-commerce isnt set up as readily for some businesses. I was so stoked to wear that hat in California the rest of the summer. This surf shop has a good assortment of items for girls, boys, women and men, but there were not very many items that I would have bought here because they looked unique or were likely not available elsewhere. In other words, everything here can be found on the internet for an equal or better price. The staff was friendly and courteous and even offered up the name and location of a rival surf shop that would have items more to the liking of my wife than theirs, which is why they are A-OK in my book. read more

Kauai is slim on the clothing store options. Whether you're a local or a visitor, this location of Deja Vu is not to be missed. Need a cute beach dress or t-shirt? Head to Deja Vu. Don't want to do laundry on your visit? Deja Vu, again. At the Deja Vu outlet there are tables of (mostly men's) t-shirts at varying discounts, and racks of women's clothing that are perfect for island life. And if you're not content with buying your flip-flops at Longs or just need a dress up pair of slippahs there's an entire wall of flip-flops at the ready. There's a mini-parking lot next to the store, shared with Bubba's burgers. This location is also next door to another women's clothing shop and just a 5 minute walk from the Tamba Surf Co. - you can hit up virtually all the Kapa'a clothing shops at once and be ready to hit the Friday night Art Walks in no time. read more

Awesome boutique surf shop in Kapaa town. Prob my favorite on Kauai. Great selection of major brands, billabong's, rvca, vissla, etc. Super friendly staff, and extremely clean. Most importantly though, the prices are not ridiculous. I've been in places before where the mark up is just terrifying. This is not that at all. They do not sell boards at least I didn't see any. Typical surf shop with a selection of O'Neil, RVCA, Hurley gear. Women's and men's. Backpacks, lotions and beach blankets also available. Fun to stop in, but only giving 3 stars due to the fact they didn't have the gold/silver shell bracelets I thought they did (based of some Yelp user photos). The store employee said they only had a few of the cheaper options ($14 each and made of basic metal) and didn't know where the real ones were sold. Not a reason to skip this, obviously but just a note if you're interested in those! read more

Great selection of clothes and slippas here. I have the Locals slippas to wear around the house usually, but for the mo betta slippas, Deja Vu has a great selection and I can always find what I need. Kapaa store always has some good sales and always with a big selection of sizes. Look out for the sidewalk sales or First Saturday sales for some good deals too. Always a good stop for a variety of brands. read more

Best selection in the area, it was our 3rd stop looking for rashguard last minute. Don't bother with the other stores, they're very small and extremely limited in selection. Has a lot of cute beach clothes as well, the only place I actually liked the clothes (I'm not normally into the tourist type clothing). All the big name brands too. read more

My wife and I were looking for a rash guard for our daughter and found this awesome store by chance. Lots of clothing to choose and the prices were not bad at all compared to other surf-apparel stores (they also had a number of clearance racks). The service was polite and helpful. Almost didn't go in because I had already visited the other location but I'm glad I did. I bought the cutest bikini at a reasonable price. A lot of the local boutiques are way overpriced. The ladies in this store are phenomenal. (Wish I could remember their names). They were so helpful offering me a dressing room picking out clothing and bringing them to me.
