After determining they did have my size, she gave them my name and asked them to hold it for me. She then gave me the other associate's name, Madison so I'd know who was holding the shirt for me. They reportedly breathe as well as cotton, and the sheets apparently don't get as hot at night. The sales people are very informative and friendly, but not pushy. It's a bit more expensive than you can find bamboo products elsewhere, but then again, everything is a bit more expensive in Hawaii, so I'm not too surprised.
