You can really feel the family-friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk in--it made the whole process comfortable and stress-free. What stood out the most was how they went above and beyond for us. They were able to put a bike on hold and kept their word, then called us right away as soon as it arrived. That level of communication and reliability is hard to find these days and was truly appreciated. Everyone we worked with was patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy--just genuinely helpful and easy to talk to. It made what can sometimes be an overwhelming purchase feel exciting and smooth. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place that treats you with respect and takes great care of their customers. We'll definitely be coming back! Thank you Kel and Patrick!
