Dr. Goodale's office was it from the moment I first spoke to the receptionist Jessica. She was friendly, patient and easy to understand, which is really saying something these days. When I got the the office and sat down with D for my x-rays, she was very comforting and communicative, laying out everything I needed to do and checking in with me throughout to make sure I was good. Then Dr. Goodale came in with great energy and an obvious desire to 1. explain everything extremely clearly and patiently and 2. make sure I was at ease and comfortable. She did my cleaning personally and took my request seriously for caution around certain sensitive areas. She even asked if I was cool with the music they had playing. And then to top if off she gave me the best cleaning I've ever had - my teeth are prone to staining so they were looking pretty rough after a year gap between my last dentist visit. I had even been told by previous hygienists they couldn't do much about the stains. Dr. Goodale got them so white my wife was actually shocked because she had forgotten I had normal teeth. Really can't recommend this place enough I just with that all healthcare providers treated their customers with such grace and empathy, not to mentioned good old fashioned skill at their profession. Know it's tough out there but this place gives you hope that quality care can still thrive. Thank you Dr. Goodale and team!

I had never been to his office, but my own dentist never returned my call. (That's twice, Dr. Lyu!!) Dr. Bassin moves quietly and confidently. He told me I would feel a pinch but I never felt a thing. I honestly could have fallen asleep while he was working on me because none of his movements were jarring or rough. I am appreciative that he got me in, thankful to interact with his lovely office manager, amazed at how painless it was, and grateful his prices are fair because I didn't have my insurance card. I found a wonderful new dentist who has earned my business.

I'm normally afraid of dentists because most of the ones I'd been to have been kind of rough and intimidating. She is very nice and honest. The office is in an apartment complex so you have to be very careful to only Park in one of the four visitor spots available as soon as you turn into the complex. They have signs posted everywhere letting you know spots are reserved and you'll be towed so be careful not to park in the wrong place!

When I got to her office I was greeted with warm smiles from her and her staff. She took care of my issue immediately and expressed her concerns about my pain like a friend would! She made sure I had an appointment to fix my problem as well as medication and an estimate for my next visit. Great lady, great staff, nice office. And Jessica, the dental hygienist is excellent!
