Dr. Goodale's office was it from the moment I first spoke to the receptionist Jessica. She was friendly, patient and easy to understand, which is really saying something these days. When I got the the office and sat down with D for my x-rays, she was very comforting and communicative, laying out everything I needed to do and checking in with me throughout to make sure I was good. Then Dr. Goodale came in with great energy and an obvious desire to 1. explain everything extremely clearly and patiently and 2. make sure I was at ease and comfortable. She did my cleaning personally and took my request seriously for caution around certain sensitive areas. She even asked if I was cool with the music they had playing. And then to top if off she gave me the best cleaning I've ever had - my teeth are prone to staining so they were looking pretty rough after a year gap between my last dentist visit. I had even been told by previous hygienists they couldn't do much about the stains. Dr. Goodale got them so white my wife was actually shocked because she had forgotten I had normal teeth. Really can't recommend this place enough I just with that all healthcare providers treated their customers with such grace and empathy, not to mentioned good old fashioned skill at their profession. Know it's tough out there but this place gives you hope that quality care can still thrive. Thank you Dr. Goodale and team!

We gave Stephanie all our information and she told us that Aspen Dental did not take our insurance, but they had a $29.99 special and that they would work with us. I was iffy about it, but he really need to see a dentist. We were getting ready to leave for our 1pm appointment and we received a call around 12:15, from "Margarita" that she was cancelling our appointment because the doctor already left. I looked at my husband and said, this was meant to be and this was before I read all the horrible reviews. So glad, we did not go to Aspen Dental, as we have an appointment with another dentist. I purchased AARP's Dental Dental insurance, top plan, and the crown was designed and installed, no issues. I paid a deposit upon design and the balance upon installation. A few weeks later I received a bill for an additional charge for a deductible. I called, stating I paid the balance and should not incur further charges to which they replied "we'll send you to collection". I was upset no doubt and continued to make my case each time receiving the threatening collection response. I spoke with the office manager who stated she would write it off and that I was "not the best fit for their office", effectively denying future service because I "abused" staff. I requested her decision in writing; nothing as of this post. I filed a grievance with Delta Dental and am awaiting a decision BUT I found out I OVERPAID for the procedure. I contacted the office manager who maintained the same attitude even after being told the situation was their fault for overcharging me. Be forewarned! Stay FAR FAR AWAY! ( yes I am a big baby when it comes to dentist chairs) She made me feel so comfortable and not judged at all.
