Dr. Aaron and her entire staff are unbelievably amazing. I am always so surprised of how professional, friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and patient-focused they all are. Dr. Aaron, herself, is by far the best dentist I've ever had. I have never felt pain with any procedures. Usually I feel like the dentist is hovering over you to get in your mouth and it feels like both of their entire hands are in there! Not Dr. Aaron. Maybe it's because of her skill, her physique, her conscientiousness to her patient? Maybe all of the above. All I know is that I'm in good hands. And her office. Clean!!! State of the art equipment! My greatest pleasure is hygienist Anna, she is professional, kind, thoughtful, and very knowledgeable about how to handle her clients. I had a great experience with everyone associated with this office. The Woman at the front desk was patient with me and she made it a point to go over all my forms with me and explained the process to me about my coverage. I knew beforehand that not having seen a Dentist in over 5 years, the Dental Hygienist was going to have her work cut out for her in dealing with me. She was very nice and put me totally at ease in explaining what she was doing.Then Dr. Aaron came in and again made me feel comfortable and was very professional and thorough in her assessment of what I needed done. Dr. Aaron runs a good practice, BUT she is also a savvy businesswoman who, in my experience, prioritized $$$ over providing the best clinical and financial options for me. I needed a crown and was pushed heavily to get a porcelain crown which is like $1100. It was a back molar so I didn't care if a metal crown was there. Metal crowns are $300. Her front office told me no one does metal crowns anymore. Dr. Aron owns her own porcelain crown "maker" and so she keeps the money for the crown (in addition to the dental service), rather than it going out to an external lab. Of course she wants you to get the porcelain. Well the crown came off several times. I saw another dentist in his office and spoke to yet another. They both told me for my molar (which was short and had limited surface area), a metal crown is a better "adhesive". She even charged me to recement my porcelain crown. I asked if she can "fix" what she was pushing on me at no charge. She refused. Every check up/cleaning, she is always upselling me to get things done to my teethe. I question if they are clinically necessary. If you have thousands of dollars (even with insurance), then go see hear. If not, then don't. read more

I've been twice- once for a routine cleaning and once for emergency bonding after I broke a tooth (for which they were able to see me the same day). Both times they've been prompt and professional. The office is clean, modern, and high tech. They take Delta dental and run your insurance ahead of time to let you know what your expenses will be. read more

I used to hate dentists because I was ashamed of my mouth/ teeth. But at Dr. Aarons office everything was different. I called in the morning and got seen same day. I just love the fact everyone was friendly, even the Dr was very down to earth. I told her I woke up with a toothache so she looked around and told me I might need a root canal. She took an xray and showed me the infection and explained to me what a root canal is. At this point I am freaking out because I am imaging a world of pain ahead of me. But to my surprise within 90 min I am out of there and DID NOT FEEL A THING. I am not kidding I barely even felt the anastasia shot. I sat there and watched a couple episodes of friends on Netflix and next thing I know Im done. Her office manager (guy at the front-forgot his name) knows everything about dental insurance and expalined everything throughly about my procedure. Gave me an estaimte to the penny for everything involved. Next appointment capping the tooth-(I hope thats also painless). Dr. Aaron and her staff really changed my view on going to the dentist. I was very happy with the work that Dr. Arron did. Renee and the hygienist were great. As far as the office manager I was not impressed with him. I spoke to Renee and Dr Aaron about my concerns. After my last appointment when I left and voiced my concerns it's amazing i have not gotten 1 email or text about future appointments. They were concerned when I was spending my money there but when I told them about the office manager. I guess they felt they didn't need someone that didn't appreciate one of there staff members. My negative review is keep being taken down. Has no one else noticed that she only has 5 stars??? Don't waste your time and money here. I visited her for botox but she doesn't have any experience in this and it is very visible. She over charges... and the results are horrible. You might as well have injected your self with saline. read more

So I've had the pleasure of coming to this location in Waldwick, and I SUPER happy with the service from the door. First of all, the reception area was clean and inviting, and they had HEATED massage chairs??? I saw the previous reviews and I had to try it out, if not for the dentist services, but for at least for the peaceful wait. I've had one too many experiences where dentists have been awful. I used to have to go to clinics because I didn't have insurance, and the service is poor there, obviously. So as I sit there awaiting my turn with Angela, she takes me in and we begin my checkup. She let me know about what I can do about the cavities I had, and provided me with a complimentary toothbrush. I thought it was a completely pleasant experience from start to finish, I really recommend coming here for all of your dental needs. Angela is a sweetheart, and will make you feel cared for. I have one thing to say about this place and it's great. I for one do not like going to the dentist for anything ! But the moment you walk in you feel relaxed and eased. The receptionist is very nice and the whole office is pretty. A nice clean workspace and office definitely stands out to your customers. The chairs are to die for, I've never heard of a dentist having a heat and massage chair !! On top of that being able to watch everything on screens in front of you puts a one on one personal experience between you and your dentist. I must say I think the office just tops it off. Very clean and bright. Makes you feel vibrant. The dentist is very polite and gentle, she doesn't rush with the cleaning or with her patients like I've seen written on here. But like I said I hate the dentist and I actually felt comfortable ..as much as comfortable can take you while being at the dentist ! also they are very helpful with insurances ! They had no problem getting on the phone and making some calls to my insurance to make sure I'm good to go as a new patient. All in all good spot , clean , very professional , definitely try it out !! Has really cool perks too like the netflix and the chair ! read more

I did not have a good experience with Dr. Angela Aaron. She does quick examinations and doesn't take her time. She doesn't seem to care. I will not be going back. Bottom line i would go somewhere else and do not recommend. read more
