This review came in on our office confirmation system. I have not asked for permission to release the name, yet as the gentleman is on a plane for vacation. Just wanted to share how our patients feel about us and we feel about them. Doc McKeever and staff are definitely worth the 3,930 mile trip from Stuttgart to New Jersey - yeah, no kidding. Have been a patient of the Doc's for some 15+ years and one of the things I missed most about moving away was that a trusted medical professional was now in our 'past'. I've been away for nearly 3 years now but always have found a way to combine a trip to the Northeast with a near annual check-up and 'maintenance'. While the exams have been routine for years, this time, despite all the efforts to avoid them... a few cavities were found with his new sub-surface camera; With only 24 hrs till I had to head back, Doc's team found me a slot on the day of travel and got me in.... restorative dental work and then on a plane just hours later? I would question that decision in anyone, but not with Doc and his team - full trust that that would do me right... and they did. In-n-Out in 40 min, ZERO pain (and none the next day either BTW), 2.5 cavities repaired and I am good to go for at least another year. You know the jokes about going to the dentist, I tell them too, but if you want to make sure your choppers are as healthy as they can be, you can't go wrong with Doc McKeever and his amazing team of Dental Assistants and Office Staff. Not often can I say this about an entire organization, but McKeever Dental is a great team - from digital appointment confirmations, to a nice office environment to friendly staff (yes, genuinely, no paid smiles here) and ultra competent team members... this is the real deal. I think for most people, going to the dentist is a scary, and anxiety filled experience. Up until recently, I sat in the dental chair with concern for my life. Since I have been a patient with Dr. McKeever, I now sit in the dental chair with ease. I can tell Dr. McKeever has PASSION for what he does, and an UNDERSTANDING for what it is like to be tortured at the dentist. The moment you step into the practice, you are greeted very PLEASANTLY by the two front desk women. Do you recall the smell of a normal dental office that immediately drives fear into your eyes within moments of you stepping through the door? Say goodbye to that fear when you come to McKeever Dental Care. The smell of FRESH coffee from the Keurig machine only makes the experience more relaxing, almost as if you were welcomed into his own home. You really are treated like FAMILY in this office no matter who you are. All of the staff will go above and beyond to make sure you have the most EPIC experience. I had a cleaning, x-rays and check-up last week. The x-rays were digital, fast, and convenient, and were cataloged with my dental history. The cleaning was gentle, professional, and fast. The hygienist is always knowledgeable about questions I have concerning oral health and new dental products, which is nice because then I don't need to take the Doctor's time with potentially trivial questions. Dr. McKeever is also very knowledgeable and provides very high quality care, and I know he would gladly take the time to answer any questions I may have (because he has in the past). Also, everyone in the office is friendly, professional, and highly skilled. It is a pleasure to go to Dr. McKeever's (even when - and especially when - you have to have bad stuff done). I can't say enough good things about this practice! From the moment I called to set an appointment the staff was so helpful and really worked with me. I called several times to change the time/ date of my appointment. Do to work they never gave me a hard time and very understanding! The day of my appointment was great! I can honestly say it was a joy going here!! I worked with four different people ALL of them are where fantastic! Great enthusiasm and always talked to me to let me know exactly what they are doing and made everything so comfortable! The doc was AMAZING! So nice and really talked you through a treatment plan. I have not went to the dentist in 10 years because I had a bad experience and was afraid to ever go back I saw Both doctors at this office and I was floored about the care they provide. They provide you with an explanation of all your issues and take the time to actually make you understand of what is going on in your mouth. I work in medical and I have never been to an office like this. A good dentist is hard to find. Dr. McKeever is truly a respectable professional. When they tell you your appointment is at 9 a.m they really do mean that. No waiting. I love that. That works great for me since I have to be at work at a certain time. His team are all so nice, friendly and explain everything in great detail. Very gentle cleanings from his hygienist. I just want to say that I had trauma to my front tooth (yes where everyone can see when you smile) as a child. Every dentist I have had said they could not fix where it was repaired and remained an ugly yellowy color. Dr. McKeever not only fixed it today, but him and his staff were so happy for the way it made me feel. It was about me. I looked in the mirror and tears came to my eyes. I was expecting to have an excruciating experience when getting implants but Dr. McKeever has a calming influence. He informed me of each step he was taking. There was no pain.
