I placed my order, and when I went to the window, I asked why they weren't taking orders and they said they were backlogged. I'm not sure how the business is ran at this location, but it is not acceptable to tell customers you cannot make food because the employees are feeling a little overwhelmed or incompetent. In my day, that would have gotten me fired. Do better Sonic!
