What made this even more confusing was that the drink had already been removed by management, and at no point were we told that we would not be served. We were there specifically to order food, not drinks, yet no one bothered to ask or communicate anything before making assumptions. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, the bartender became increasingly confrontational and ultimately told us to leave. Meanwhile, the manager explained that the issue was related to outside alcohol, but by then we had already spent nearly 20 minutes being ignored and denied basic service. The lack of communication, hospitality, and customer service was unacceptable. We left feeling stereotyped, prejudged, and unwelcome. If your staff is going to refuse service, at the very least communicate that respectfully and immediately rather than ignoring guests and then treating them with hostility when they ask simple questions. State & Allen has a lot of work to do when it comes to customer service and guest experience. I would definitely give this establishment zero stars if I could, but one is the minimum.

Not precisely sure but I think it's new ownership, at the very least a new Food & Bev manager. I also know the staff is very upset about these changes and the relationships with the repeat music talent is now a mess. I wouldn't be surprise if the staff start leaving.
