The music was good when I first arrived towards the end ehh I'm still getting a feel for country music I come from Atlanta so if you know, you know lol. Bartender super helpful because I came in there like I've never been to a bar before I don't know what was going on with me but he helped me figure out what I wanted. The roof top bar was really nice

Great happy hour and good drinks. Food was decent and the roof top is the best. Lots of rooms and seating areas throughout the bar. Check website for daily specials and events. Happy hour is M-F 5-7pm

A staple Uptown bar, Quarter Bar delivers cozy vibes with two levels to explore including a rooftop patio with tons of seating. Service is always quick here and there is never a wait to get in, great for a chill weeknight vibe.

This review is solely based on ambiance. We stopped in for a few drinks on a rainy Saturday (the day before St. Patty's!). Come stop. Sit on the rooftop. Have one or two. It's cute! We did ask for our beers dresses which they didn't do, but it's a busy day, so ‍

My girlfriend had to use the restroom what an inconvenience!!

So I work in the industry and understand sometimes we have issues. But come on, you get rid of your best person ever, BILL and the whole bar goes to trash. Your ceiling is leaking and even fell on someone!!!!!!! Your bathroom is broken and demands us to go upstairs. How inconvenient to us all. Do better new owners! #WHERETHEFUCKISBILL

A little taste of the French Quarters right here in Dallas! I love the aesthetic of this place, the rooms have decorations and features that really make you feel like you are at a bar in New Orleans. They have indoor and outdoor seating even on the balcony with little heaters for those chilly nights. The drinks are reasonably priced and the bartenders were friendly. This place is like a maze and easy to get lost especially while drunk. We went on a Saturday and stayed until last call at about 1:30am which I thought was a bit early but whatever. My one real complaint is that they only have single bathrooms instead of stalls so there is always a long wait and its really not enough bathrooms for how crowded this place can get.

The first thing I noticed was how beautiful everything is. The décor is warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed. And yes...those are real trees. That actually matters to me. I love restaurants with a beautiful aesthetic because it makes the whole experience feel special. Good food is wonderful, but good food in a beautiful space? That's even better. The menu is perfect if you're dining with friends because there are so many things to share. We ordered the traditional sampler, and it was such a fun way to try several Guatemalan dishes. Every plate that came out looked fresh, colorful, and made with care. The cheese pupusa was delicious, and the cotija cheese was the perfect finishing touch. Then there were the plantains. I actually stopped our server to ask, "Do y'all make the plantains from scratch?" They do. And it shows. They were fresh, perfectly cooked, and so good that I kept reaching for another one. Honestly, they may have been my favorite thing on the table. The steak was cooked exactly medium, had a great char, and was full of flavor. Portions were generous across the board, which is always a win because leftovers are basically tomorrow's gift to yourself. The spinach artichoke dip surprised me. If you're someone who genuinely loves spinach, you'll probably be very happy because spinach definitely got top billing in that relationship. It tasted incredibly fresh, and it made me realize I apparently prefer my artichokes to be just a little more competitive. The service was warm and welcoming all evening. I ordered a red sangria that never quite found its way to the table, but honestly, by the end of the meal I was so full that my stomach had already voted "maybe next time." One of my favorite parts of the evening was learning more about San Martín's history. Knowing it began in Guatemala and is especially known for its bakery and breakfast immediately put breakfast on my "I need to come back for this" list. By the end of the meal, we were full, happy, and already talking about what we'd order next time. That's usually the sign of a restaurant I'll happily recommend. Beautiful atmosphere. Fresh food. Generous portions. Outstanding plantains. I'd give San Martín a solid 9 out of 10, and I'm already looking forward to coming back.

I was instantly reminded why it is such a Dallas GEM! I did not pop in to eat this time, but to find a nice spot to work with a friend on our laptops and yap over a coffee! And while we weren't planning to do much, the experience was still a 10/10! I ended up ordering a White Chocolate latte and it was AMAZING! You can tell they actually put time and effort into their coffee and lattes! Everything is also brewed fresh! Which I love! My friend ordered a artesian hot chocolate and wow! It was probably some of the best hot chocolate I have ever had! It was def made with real cocoa! We did end up splurging on some pastries, because DUH! It's it so hard to ignore the bakery section when it is so stunning and filled with beautiful baked goods! I got a oreo croissant and tortuga concha! I did not eat them (My bf did) but they looked so great! I did try my friends banana custard filled bread and that was great! I would go back for it! Overall, we ended up sitting inside of their beautiful space for hours, just talking and catching up! It was amazing and comfy! We def want to return for some of their dinner and drink specials too! Highly recommend!

I remember the gourmet Eatzi's phenomenon when the chain had a Houston location, which has been closed for almost 20 years. Although I've read Eatzi's may in fact return to Houston, I'll believe it when I see it. What I've always liked about Eatzi's is the high quality and variety of cuisine on offer. For some reason, this time I settled on hummus, but also saw lots of other cool choices, including sushi. Bread is baked in-house and lots of people seem to like the made to order sandwiches and prepared foods. Service here was really good, although I was a bit put off by the long line wrapped around the inside of the store. However, I was able to walk right past it to an easy checkout. Parking here, in my opinion, was easy. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit to this Eatzi's location in Dallas, and also hope Eatzi's returns to Houston one of these days.

It can be confusing but you simply either pick hot foods, sandwiches, cold foods, chef's specials that you can heat using their microwave, and some stuff in their store. The staff in the cash register was awesome -- she's the one who taught me what to do. The rest i guess is just ok. The place is small, the tables are outside so if ots 100 deg then forget it eating it there. Overall i highly recommend this place & i will be back for sure.

I rarely leave reviews , in fact, this may be my first one, but this experience was so negative…read morethat I feel compelled to share it. I ordered two sandwiches through the DoorDash app for pickup. The app clearly stated that the sandwiches came with chips and potato salad, which is why I chose that option instead of ordering a different special. When I arrived at the restaurant, I still had to wait in line before reaching the cashier. When I finally got to the counter, she handed me my sandwiches and then told me that I had ordered chips and potato salad but had not paid for them. I calmly explained that the app showed those items as included with the sandwich. Instead of resolving the situation professionally, she told me she needed to call the owner. She then had me step aside while she helped three other customers, leaving me waiting awkwardly off to the side. When the owner finally called her back, she spoke to him loudly (almost argumentatively) about me being there and "claiming" the sandwiches came with chips and potato salad. It was embarrassing because other customers could clearly hear what was happening. Ultimately, I was told the owner said the sandwiches did not come with those sides. At that point, I just took my sandwiches and left. The entire situation felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. If there was a mix-up with the app, that isn't the customer's fault. Good customer service would have been to honor what was displayed in the app and clarify the issue internally afterward. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and embarrassed. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had.
