However, I'm still a sucker for Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken. I was introduced to this fast food franchise a few years ago and it'd have to be my number one choice for fried chicken, to be honest. Ive tried two other Louisiana Fried Chicken in Dallas and theirs one were spicy asf lol this one wasn't which was nice but finding the center pink sucked. It's why I gave it 2 stars because although my order sucked, my partner still enjoyed theirs. Their order was a catfish plate and an order of two drumsticks. Their fish was thoroughly cooked and their chicken wasn't uncooked like mines. The service was alright, my order was taken and then I had to wait maybe 20 minutes? It was a little busy so it wasn't so bad. The ambiance was casual. You can't really dine in because there's no tables but there are a lot of chairs set along the sides of the dining area and their spread apart. It looks like they probably did it during the pandemic and then just kept it like that which I know a lot of business have end up doing and I guess cause it makes less work(?‍idk). At least it's nice and cool inside. The heat makes you annoyed but their AC was kicking strong. I will say that onn the side of the building, it reeks of piss and I know that's not the establishments fault because I saw that there were signs of a homeless person or persons probably nearby, so that was unfortunate but other than that, inside was clean and spacious. I would recommend trying their food just maybe not this particular one. They only have one register which I kind of find odd and at the same time I guess that it makes sense so that they don't take in more orders than they need to.
