I am a member of the Ace Rewards program, so I came to this store since I was in the area to get some paint tape for a project we had at our place. Their selection of tapes is very good and the store was very clean and well lit. I brought my paper coupon with me to be able to take advantage of my discount...their system is not very user friendly regarding the combination of paper coupons to digital coupons on the app...if you did not bring your paper coupon, chances are that the coupon might not be loaded on the app, so be warned... That is true, not only about this particular store, but any Ace Hardware store. read more

I like the convenience of Rocky's Ace when I need something, and their friendly customer service. Yes, their prices are higher than Amazon, but you need to wait for Amazon to ship, and I prefer to support local businesses. I belong to their loyalty program so I receive money saving coupons every month. If I can't find something, someone is always willing to help me locate it. great tools department. they gave me a leftover chainsaw cover for free for my used stihl ms250. they were really quick. the store is friendly , clean and warm and nice. good parking . exact what you want out of an ace hardware store. Went in there tonight to buy some Christmas supplies. Extension cord and some 3m command wire holders. I knew I pay more here but didn't want to go to Target or Walmart and felt it was worth it to spend a bit more. The woman that works here is so RUDE I walked out. The $10 extension cord I was buying is only $3 on Amazon. Thanks for being rude you just saved me $$$. No wonder they are going out of business. read more

If you're going in to get something at the register aka, trash bags it's great. If you going in looking for something, don't expect to find any help because no one is ever on the floor to assist. So if you don't know where it is and if you don't have time to search the isles, don't waste your time going there. You could be walking around and looking for help, even calling out for help with no response. I have made three separate attempts then left. Haven't found the manager to be there on any of those times eithr. read more

I try to support the smaller stores when I can and I've had great service at other Ace locations, but this place is awful. The staff are rude and unhelpful (when they can be found at all). There are both a Lowe's and a Home Depot within a few miles so you think a smaller operation like this would try to have a personal touch and a little hustle to stand out. Instead these folks seem to find any customer assistance to be just SO annoying. They are near where I live but I will go out of my way to avoid doing business with them again. read more

This store is a joke. I'm not sure why there still in business. I have been there 3 times. 1.) I ask for help find something store was quiet the manager sent me on a wild goose chase. I complained to the cashier and went to Lowe's. 2.) Call to ask to put something on hold. the manager said no. I do this with all my stores. This store just lost a customer for good.
