Service is fantastic all around from the questions about your project to helping you load up anything you buy such as mulch or salt. Everyone is friendly and helpful as well. They have just about everything you would need for a quick weekend project. Compared to other hardware stores in the area we have been very impressed by their staff. They are all very knowledgeable and helpful. Today we were looking for a couple of specialty screws and before we could even reach that section of the store two workers asked if we needed help with anything. In addition to hardware supplies, they have a really nice garden section with high-quality plants. We were particularly impressed with their hydrangeas, which were 2-3 times larger than other nurseries we have seen and listed at the same price. Also, worth noting this place is the spot in town to buy a Christmas tree! Right after Thanksgiving they ship in tons of trees and offer them for a flat rate. If you find yourself needing to stop by a hardware store I would highly recommend dropping by Jed's over one of the other big box stores in town.

We wanted to buy them but couldn't fit them in our car and asked if we could come pick them up later. An employer offered to drop them off for us later in the day as he had a truck. I was amazed by his generosity. We were given a percentage off of the clearance price for our items and a couple hours later our furniture was dropped off at our house. We tried to give the employee money but he would not take it. This kind good deed really made us feel welcome in this city. So glad we moved here, and can't wait to continue to be a customer.

No frills, wasn't going to be doing gaming, etc. Just needed another workhorse. The owner had one on the counter that he assured me was barely used, was not considered used. HP 250 G6 with 15" screen, yada yada. I paid a little over $500 for it. It has only been used for light word processing and telehealth during the pandemic. I used doxy for file storage so the computer isn't actually using much storage space. My 2006 HP is still running!!!, it's just that it won't support Windows or doxy and it's slow as heck. I have 2 Used Lenovo's I bought off of Ebay in 2014. They technically still run, but same software update issues. 4 YEARS almost to the day, the HD has died! I'm pretty sure he sold me a Dud!!
