They said they needed serial numbers, manufacture numbers and engine numbers. So I went to Jed's took a couple of pictures of the drain plug hole of the lawnmower. I've lived in Holden for 14 years and in all the times I've gone there only one time they weren't able to help me , I give them 100% when it comes to quality service great family own business.

They have just about everything you would need for a quick weekend project. Compared to other hardware stores in the area we have been very impressed by their staff. They are all very knowledgeable and helpful. Today we were looking for a couple of specialty screws and before we could even reach that section of the store two workers asked if we needed help with anything. In addition to hardware supplies, they have a really nice garden section with high-quality plants. We were particularly impressed with their hydrangeas, which were 2-3 times larger than other nurseries we have seen and listed at the same price. Also, worth noting this place is the spot in town to buy a Christmas tree! Right after Thanksgiving they ship in tons of trees and offer them for a flat rate. If you find yourself needing to stop by a hardware store I would highly recommend dropping by Jed's over one of the other big box stores in town.

I am currently re-doing our bathrooms and have spent thousands here, including a single receipt for $917 on the exact day I bought this item. Because of contractor delays--which happen to everyone in home improvement--I ended up 12 days past their return window on a minor $60 product. Despite seeing my receipt history and the fact that I had just spent nearly $1,000 with them, customer service completely refused to take the item back or even offer store credit. It is incredibly frustrating that a massive company will happily take your money for a major project but won't accommodate a minor, 12-day delay caused by building schedules. Take your business to a supplier that actually appreciates your loyalty and understands how real-world renovations work.

I searched for computer repair near me and found Northboro Computers and good reviews. I called and met with Brian in his store the next day. After our conversation about what I wanted and needed, he ordered my new customized HP desktop which arrived in 2 days. He set up the new computer, restored all my data from the hard drive from my old computer and I was back in business. All I had to do when I got home was to do all the simple connections and push the power button! I can't say enough about the friendly, professional and knowledgeable service. I'm so relieved to have found Northboro Computers! I had a few questions of course over the next day or so and my calls were promptly returned and concerns fixed. Brian is also very easily reached by email or phone. Brian had done all of the set up and all of my data was there including a free year of Kaspersky Anti-Virus! And by the way, the price was fantastic, certainly very reasonable! If you need a new Windows computer or need service, you can't go wrong with Northboro Computers. Thanks Teri and Brian! Kenneth A.
