They wanted to sell me up pump, ignoring a critical detail. The tank was full of water, and this was February in Massachusetts during subzero temperatures. A frozen or blocked line should have been an obvious possibility. Instead, they immediately pushed for a full replacement and tried to schedule it right away. Another company came out, coordinated with the town, thawed the line, and confirmed the pump was never broken. This felt like a rushed diagnosis and high-pressure selling. This could have easily cost me thousands of dollars for a problem that didn't exist. Get a second opinion. It made all the difference for me.
