So I checked the tracking and it said they tried to deliver but couldn't. That's crazy! I've been here all day! I called customer service and was told that the driver could not find the address and, therefore, they can't deliver it until tomorrow. My options were cancel the order or get it a day late, not even until midday the day after. The Home Depot is so big that they don't care about their customers. Losing a homeowner the next town over means nothing to them. They don't need the business and don't mind losing it. I am done with Home Depot at this point. You mess up and I am the only one inconvenienced or paying a price?! There are other options in the area: Koopman's for a locally owned place or Lowe's for the big box store. Even Walmart probably carries the items I ordered. I would have gone to one of these places this morning had I known Home Depot would not be coming but they waited until the end of the day when smaller hardware stores are closed to tell me they are not coming and to offer nothing in return. Stay away!

He quickly assessed that the drain pump was not functioning correctly. He gave me a honest quote, and he asked if I wanted to make the repair. After discussing with my wife, we agreed to get the washer repaired. He had the part with him and got to work to replace the part. In addition to making the repair well, he spent time to check that the washer worked after replacing the part and that it did not leak before closing the washer up. He then moved back the washer in place even though I am the one who moved the washer in the first place. He gave me a 1-year warranty on the repair as he used a genuine LG part. He was professional and courteous. I would definitely call Home Pro Appliance again for any appliance problem.

It used to be better with pricing but now it is just far too expensive. The other Salvation Army locations that I go to (very close by) are, thankfully, affordable and I shop at those locations. Perhaps the manager will actually attempt to lower the prices to be a better price, but I highly doubt it! I saw a pair of jeans there (GAP) for $14.99, that same day, I went to a different SA location and that place had GAP jeans, same style, for $6.99!!!! Just avoid this pricey location and go to other SA locations!!

If you can, try and go to small business consignment, or even east coast thrift(Spencer) or Deja New (Leicester) As they actually get their items ethically and don't jack up the price a ton.
