The women at the Auburn location are professional, very kind, and helpful with specialty and designer garments. However, I am seriously concerned about the man who works there. I believe he's the only man who operates in the front of the store. I am writing this formal complaint because he is consistently condescending and passive-aggressive, which is in stark contrast to the other employees. This is why I feel compelled to raise this issue and escalate my complaint about the mistreatment I've experienced as a customer by this employee. On the 18th, while I was waiting at 9:00, he came out from the back, appearing annoyed that I was there, and mumbled under his breath. When he took my bag, he remarked, "You couldn't take it out of the bag?" and added, "I don't know if there is poop or urine on your clothes." I was shocked and disgusted by his tone. I want to make it clear that I would never bring clothes like that. That is not my character, and the other associates can confirm this as I am a business professional myself. When I asked him for his name and the owner's number, he refused both requests. I have never experienced poor service from anyone else there. This man behaves in a toxic and disrespectful manner and takes no ownership of his words or actions. He claims to treat everyone the same, but I have seen him speak to others neutrally. I hope your store's cameras and audio captured the incident because I want this behavior addressed to prevent harm to your business. I would appreciate a phone call if you would like to discuss this further. To resolve this, I request a formal written apology from this employee, a commitment that he will receive customer service retraining, and that you inform me in writing of any corrective actions taken. Additionally, please outline the steps the company will take to ensure respectful treatment of customers from now on and keep me updated on your progress. Until these actions are taken and I receive confirmation, I will not return to Dooley's.

The driver is super friendly. For the most part, they stick to their scheduled pickup/drop off window. They came to my home the same day I called them. I realize that they don't always do this, and scheduling is necessary at times, but they're happy to work with people, and it shows! The nice man that took my laundry was professional, he wore a mask, and he was quick about his business! I asked him about the pricing, and I was Happy to learn that Chandler Coin Wash was easily the least expensive option available out of the three laundromats I had tried so far. The real treasure here though is what I received when I had my clothes delivered to me. First of all, if you've never had your clothes professionally washed, the difference between a home wash and a professional wash is amazing! These clothes smelled, and felt absolutely wonderful. Chandler Coin Wash though, despite having a lower price, got my clothes back to me in a much better fashion than any of the laundromats I had the opportunity to work with. I have to leave a note about the way they were folded. I don't know how they can possibly take the time to fold every article of clothing the way that they do, but one can tell that they pay a lot of attention to detail in a very meticulous fashion. I would highly recommend that everyone give Chandler Coin Wash a try if they're considering their pickup and drop-off service. She's always accommodating and helps everyone locate and acquire a washing machine when it's busy and let me tell you that this place is always packed ! So when I walk through the door carrying my handful of laundry, Elsie, is quick to locate me a machine and helps get me through the massive crowds of people ! And if it wasn't for excellent customer service skills of Elsie, I would have walked out and gone some place else! But Thankfully, this location does have an Elsie, and the facility is a better place because of her hard work and willingness to help other's !
