the worker guy is awful and racist he was talking to me rude like I'm an idiot for helping myself get a quester unstuck without bothering him I torn him look they all keep getting stuck just out out of order no he wanted to play with my quarters test or a few times before doing that I forgot my detergent out all my clothes in the washer and quarters I drove real quick to the store came back less then five minutes he then goes starts my machines behind my back the laundromat was empty by the way no hurry to get them going I am a single mother fixed income to bring them back wet because half there dryers done even dry I had them on high they are still sitting here wet all I can do is cry it out he was a real jerk and I asked for the owner number he was just being condescending I been living out here for years he has done this to a lot of spanish folks read more

Unless you enjoy receiving customer service with a scowl or a frown I would recommend going to this laundromat in the afternoon or on the weekend. The fellow who works in the morning, during the week, is very unpleasant. This is routinely his behavior and not relegated to having a particularly bad day unless, for him, everyday is miserable. Oh, lucky me. We had a cat get sick all over our brand new comforter. Unfortunately it was too big for our washer. The thought of hanging around a laundromat with little Ms B was not appealing at all. The $15.50 it cost me was worth every penny. The comforter came back clean and looked great. My roommate and I both use their wash, dry, and fold service for our laundry. The laundry is always done with no hassle, and not expensive. Saves time. They lost my hamper once and gave me free laundry to make up the cost after I got a new one. I like this place and will continue to use their service. Gave them a comforter and pillow shams that were quite dirty. 28.00 total for the set and it came pretty clean. Also gave them a dress coat, 12.00. looked nice! Staff was very friendly. Lots of people there because it's also a laundry mat, and I think people smoke cigs outside while their laundry is going. You can kinda smell that when you walk in. read more

Don't take your laundry here. About a year and a half ago I took my king sized comforter here to be washed and dried. Took it home in the bag they put it in and left it in my closet until fall when I was going to put it back on the bed. Whoever dried it must have used too hot of a dryer temp, as some of the material had melted. They folded the melted part on the inside sobit wasn't visible until I unfolded it. The owner was rather rude about the whole situation but finally agreed to reimburse me $150, about half what I paid for it. I thought I would give them a second chance so today I brought in my new comforter to be dry cleaned. The owner refused to take it in because of the prior claim. Again he was very rude and condescending. Seriously? You refuse a customer because they held you responsible for ruining their item? That is no way to do business. Word of (bad) mouth can be very powerful. Steer clear people! I'd give it no stars if I could! read more
