Upon getting home and taking it out of the wrapping, it smelled exactly like it did when I dropped it off. I didn't have another dress, so I had no choice but to wear it and I called the store on my way to the wedding. I spoke to an associate who said she would have the owner call me back. I did not hear from the owner until today, 10/22. He explained that the dress went through the dry cleaning process but had not been "deodorized" and offered me a free re-cleaning or a store credit. I requested a refund and he said no, it's only according to me that the dress wasn't cleaned (even though he explicitly said it didn't go through the deodorizing process) and he was being kind by offering a store credit or free cleaning. I again requested a refund and he hung up on me. Would not recommend this place to anyone, if I could give 0 stars I would.

Tech Cleaners is located in a very busy main road close to WPI, so it's in a pretty good location with plenty of business. It has a make shift parking spot with room enough for one car to quickly drop off/pick up. There's plenty of space on the side street though. I really like the automated paperslips and receipts which prints out a barcode/number along with the breakdown of costs. It even prints out when to expect pickup with date and time. You can be sure that your clothes are your clothes and won't go missing. Even with the amount of clothes they have in inventory, they have a large automated clothes hanger that keeps everything pretty organized. The cost breakdown was $15.90 for the suits, $5.50 for the pants, and $5.50 for the shirt. The total bill came out to $26.90. Price can't be beat as I'm use to having to pay about $3 -$4 more at other locations. Would definitely recommend this place for quick and fair service!

The women at the Auburn location are professional, very kind, and helpful with specialty and designer garments. However, I am seriously concerned about the man who works there. I believe he's the only man who operates in the front of the store. I am writing this formal complaint because he is consistently condescending and passive-aggressive, which is in stark contrast to the other employees. This is why I feel compelled to raise this issue and escalate my complaint about the mistreatment I've experienced as a customer by this employee. On the 18th, while I was waiting at 9:00, he came out from the back, appearing annoyed that I was there, and mumbled under his breath. When he took my bag, he remarked, "You couldn't take it out of the bag?" and added, "I don't know if there is poop or urine on your clothes." I was shocked and disgusted by his tone. I want to make it clear that I would never bring clothes like that. That is not my character, and the other associates can confirm this as I am a business professional myself. When I asked him for his name and the owner's number, he refused both requests. I have never experienced poor service from anyone else there. This man behaves in a toxic and disrespectful manner and takes no ownership of his words or actions. He claims to treat everyone the same, but I have seen him speak to others neutrally. I hope your store's cameras and audio captured the incident because I want this behavior addressed to prevent harm to your business. I would appreciate a phone call if you would like to discuss this further. To resolve this, I request a formal written apology from this employee, a commitment that he will receive customer service retraining, and that you inform me in writing of any corrective actions taken. Additionally, please outline the steps the company will take to ensure respectful treatment of customers from now on and keep me updated on your progress. The workers are polite and knowledgable. Today, a nice employee (a woman of maybe 50) saw me leaving w a giant full basket of clothes, diaper bag, and 6wk old baby in a car seat. She said, unprompted, "Go get that baby in the car, I'll bring this out to you!" I almost cried! Thanks to that wonderful woman who's name I didn't get. The machines are always well maintained and in working order (that I've seen). The 3 different size washers makes every load super affordable and efficient (time and water usage). The dryers are crazy fast. We started coming here bc our dryer broke suddenly... We may not get it fixed now! Nothing like getting laundry for a family of 4 done in the amount of time it takes for 1 load of wash at home.

Very clean from the floors, to the machines, to the lint screens and trash barrels. Hard to believe it used to be a hardware store in the same slot. These ladies bust their ass to keep the place going. I can honestly say it is a way to get outta the house for the day that I don't dread.
