    I've been a loyal customer for many years, always bringing my dry cleaning to your Pleasant Street…read morelocation before it closed and then to your Auburn location. The women at the Auburn location are professional, very kind, and helpful with specialty and designer garments. However, I am seriously concerned about the man who works there. I believe he's the only man who operates in the front of the store. I am writing this formal complaint because he is consistently condescending and passive-aggressive, which is in stark contrast to the other employees. This is why I feel compelled to raise this issue and escalate my complaint about the mistreatment I've experienced as a customer by this employee. On the 18th, while I was waiting at 9:00, he came out from the back, appearing annoyed that I was there, and mumbled under his breath. When he took my bag, he remarked, "You couldn't take it out of the bag?" and added, "I don't know if there is poop or urine on your clothes." I was shocked and disgusted by his tone. I want to make it clear that I would never bring clothes like that. That is not my character, and the other associates can confirm this as I am a business professional myself. When I asked him for his name and the owner's number, he refused both requests. I have never experienced poor service from anyone else there. This man behaves in a toxic and disrespectful manner and takes no ownership of his words or actions. He claims to treat everyone the same, but I have seen him speak to others neutrally. I hope your store's cameras and audio captured the incident because I want this behavior addressed to prevent harm to your business. I would appreciate a phone call if you would like to discuss this further. To resolve this, I request a formal written apology from this employee, a commitment that he will receive customer service retraining, and that you inform me in writing of any corrective actions taken. Additionally, please outline the steps the company will take to ensure respectful treatment of customers from now on and keep me updated on your progress. Until these actions are taken and I receive confirmation, I will not return to Dooley's.
