This time, I made the huge mistake of ordering it from Bells: such a complete disappointment!!! First of all, I do not believe it was 'screened' because there were just too many large clumps throughout!! Some of those clumps were the size of small melons and rock hard. Because of all the required time spent on breaking the soil up: I totally regret and will NOT return to Bells for anything. It was a waste of money. Yes, I did call them to complain but they did not seem to be concerned with my disappointment.

I did have store credit one time for well over a year and as long as you hold onto the receipt, they continue to honor it. If I remember correctly, they also warranty shrubs for one year. Overall pretty satisfied with service and selection of plants. My most recent experience here was exceptional. They really try their best to be attentive to their customers.

They recently got a shipment in of more rare indoor plants including little thai constellations and Shiveriana moonshine. They had huge boxes that were about to be unpacked full of all sorts of beautiful pots to put your plants in too with regular shipments of new plants and pots and decor. I understand the nursery cannot ship in very cold temps, which is what their customer service indicated when I reached out regarding the long delay. it was irritating that customer service would tell me each week that my plant would ship at the end of that week, then the following week, they would tell me the same thing. Finally the plant arrived and is healthy. I ordered a second plant recently, and even with much warmer temperatures that don't interfere with shipping, the order is taking weeks to get here. I wish Logees could get their shipping act together..
