From soil, plants, winter items, and even wood pellets during the cold seasons. Many don't know but they also program keys that is so much cheaper than going to the dealer. We've got a few keys programmed and cut at Jerry's and never had any issues. They also do roadside key services. Parking looks scarce when you visit but I've just learned today that you can also park right over at Occonor's restaurant parking lot. They have a small sign posted. Cheers

If you have any questions on how to do a task around your house, they'll explain it to you and make sure you have the tools. They'll even verify the tools work together if needed. They can help you figure out how to fix issues if you explain the problem as well. Service is fantastic all around from the questions about your project to helping you load up anything you buy such as mulch or salt. Everyone is friendly and helpful as well. They have just about everything you would need for a quick weekend project. Compared to other hardware stores in the area we have been very impressed by their staff. They are all very knowledgeable and helpful. Today we were looking for a couple of specialty screws and before we could even reach that section of the store two workers asked if we needed help with anything. In addition to hardware supplies, they have a really nice garden section with high-quality plants. We were particularly impressed with their hydrangeas, which were 2-3 times larger than other nurseries we have seen and listed at the same price. Also, worth noting this place is the spot in town to buy a Christmas tree! Right after Thanksgiving they ship in tons of trees and offer them for a flat rate. If you find yourself needing to stop by a hardware store I would highly recommend dropping by Jed's over one of the other big box stores in town.

I went to The Home Depot in Shrewsbury but their saw for cutting plywood was broken. I went to The Home Depot in Marlborough and the guy basically said he was too lazy to help me. The Home Depot in Worcester is lucky to have Collis & Mark. I am grateful for both of them helping me with project (building a bearded dragon cage). Mark is a natural leader and people person. Collis goes above and beyond with work ethic. It was almost like everything that had happened prior meant nothing.... that's how happy I was with the level of help these two provided. nobody there seems to know what making a reservation is. placed order, was charged $500 for deposit…read more2 weeks in advance. arrived at arranged time to be told my order had been canceled. when i asked who canceled i was told "they don't provide us that info". heres the kicker - the machine was in their parking lot but the computer said it wasnt so i couldnt even redo my reservation. I contacted HD customer service and was told i had to call the rental center to straighten this out after telling him/her that i had already done that so they were no help. I resolved my issue by closing my HD account (not my 1st time having an issue with HD) and renting from Sunbelt Rentals. I wasted gas and had to pay 2 workers to sit around all morning. YOU SUCK HOME DEPOT.

While their selection isn't as extensive as the big-box home improvement stores, they more than make up for it with outstanding customer service and convenience. Over the years, we've purchased paint (they do an excellent job matching colors--just bring in a sample), propane refills, flowers, garden supplies, hardware, and even our Weber gas grill, which they assembled and delivered. It's rare that I can't find what I need, and when I do need assistance, someone is always nearby to help. They also have several convenient locations in the area, with ample parking at each. If you value knowledgeable employees and personal service over wandering the aisles of a warehouse-sized store, Koopman's is an excellent choice.

We just moved to Clinton two weeks ago. We went into the store to buy a shovel and ended up finding…read morechairs, a table and a drink cooler on clearance. We wanted to buy them but couldn't fit them in our car and asked if we could come pick them up later. An employer offered to drop them off for us later in the day as he had a truck. I was amazed by his generosity. We were given a percentage off of the clearance price for our items and a couple hours later our furniture was dropped off at our house. We tried to give the employee money but he would not take it. This kind good deed really made us feel welcome in this city. So glad we moved here, and can't wait to continue to be a customer.
