Initially, my contact with the representative Todd Lipking was great and the communication was quick and responsive. Upon signing a Letter of Engagement and giving a deposit, stories changed, communication became spotty at best, and multiple dates of promise for scope of work and contracts being provided were broken. The date promised in the Letter of Engagement was broken by the company by almost 2.5 weeks or 11 business days. Multiple attempts at communication were not returned and finally was reached out to after being 'forgotten about.' The reviews and pictures of the work on Google do look good, and hopefully this is a one off for the company, but I would highly advise caution in dealing with a company that practices business like this especially when projects are of the magnitude and cost they are for custom built-ins and the like.

Storage and organizing containers were abundant. I was surprised to find garage systems available. The store was quiet with only two clerks that I saw. Check out was quick and easy. I found plenty of parking in the shared lot.

I promise you that if you see ever see any negative reviews it's because the client thought they knew better than the experts and didn't listen when offered sound advice from Pete and Paula. If a stone type you're interested in won't be well suited to your project they'll gently let you know and help you find something you love that will work. Paula was the one I worked with to get the order established. She sent me an estimate, answered questions, and showed a great amount of patience while I was choosing what type of granite I wanted to use (providing new estimates for various types of stone). Then Pete (the owner) came to do measurements. Once everything was ready a crew of 3 came to install and all 3 of them were professional and friendly. The quality of the counters were great and I am very pleased. Thanks!

We had already decided that we wanted waterproof Luxury Vinyl Plank and we had already decided on the brand. However, before we purchased, I spoke with a friend at work and shared my displeasure with the lack of help that I received as my husband and I shopped. My coworker referred us to Blakley's and told us to look for Dar. My coworker said that Dar would take care of us. Dar lived up to her reputation! I did not think that Dar would want to bother with us because we wanted to install the flooring ourselves, but she was extremely helpful. We ended up purchasing the flooring from Blakley's. It took less than two week for us to receive the materials. The staff placed the flooring, quarter round, and transition pieces in our vehicle. I am glad that we purchased from Blakley's. They not only gave us better customer service, but also a better price than Prosource, the store from which we were originally going to purchase our flooring. I would recommend Blakley's if you are looking to purchase any flooring.

A very kind and helpful lady unlocked the front door and ushered me in. She told me I could always feel free to enter from the back door. Parking on Washington St. isn't really available nor safe because everybody in Indianapolis thinks they're running the Indy 500! I was there merely to buy a couple houseplants. I didn't catch her name, but she was very kind and eager to help. She seemed almost sorry that they didn't stock a lot of that sort of thing, but I got what I wanted. She generously said she could grow anything I needed from seed, let me know when it was mature enough to pot and that all the employees/owners were gardeners themselves. Excellent customer service, very healthy-looking plants and a generous spirit to help you find what you need. I highly recommend! I left there feeling very satisfied and my two little plants (a jade and a spider) will do very well, I'm sure. They only cost $14, and they look much stronger than you'd find at Lowe's or other box stores for twice the price.

They build a solid product. Unfortunately, the customer service experience completely overshadowed any positives. This was actually the second fence we purchased from them, and we had communication/customer service issues the first time too. Working with Priya is extremely difficult. The moment there's any disagreement, question, or hiccup in the project, she becomes defensive, combative, and outright aggressive. It got so uncomfortable that I started recording our phone calls because of the way I was being spoken to. That is not normal, and I've never felt the need to do that with another contractor before. Scheduling was also a mess. I understand fencing companies work around weather, but this project dragged on endlessly. Weeks passed between signing the contract and actual work beginning, then more weeks between phases of the project with little communication or follow-through. I also strongly suspect they regretted honoring the original quote or underbid the project because random extra charges started appearing later for things that were never quoted upfront. For example, they removed the old fence during a separate visit. No price was ever discussed or approved for that work, then weeks later they suddenly tried to charge me for it. I also noticed the gates were missing handles to pull them inward -- something I assumed was standard on any functional gate. Priya initially tried to tell me that handles are not standard, then later agreed to add them... only to try charging me separately for those afterward too. It honestly felt petty and spiteful. At the end of the day, yes, they build nice fences at competitive prices. But customer service matters, professionalism matters, and how you treat people matters. I will never do business with this company again because I refuse to be spoken to the way Priya spoke to me throughout this process. Completely unprofessional.
