He was very at the other employee who was leaving for lunch had told me that was OK and he would check my battery to make sure I needed a new one and they would do that for me. When I went in. The younger gentleman at the counter, told me we don't normally do that here, and I don't know why he would tell you that and I don't have time to do that for you which is not true because no one else was in the building, I have been going to this store for quite a few years and I've always been treated nicely and respectfully I was disappointed with the young gentleman's attitude clearly you could tell he was pissed off and not nice to me or my senior father. When I bought my new battery, he just set it on the counter and said here you go when the other gentleman always helps me carry it out to my car because he knows it's so heavy for me.
