To have such a huge party on a SUNDAY night is just flippin ridiculous!! The guy I spoke with said they were going to close the shop doors and lower the volume but DIDN'T. When the Sheriff got there they turned it down but turned it back up right after they left...so the Sheriff came right back and let them know they were going to be cited if they didn't turn it down. The music didn't stop until after 12:30 a.m. I even got cursed out in Spanish when I walked away. Whatever kind of business you are running, I will never deal with you. You are not worth my time and especially NOT worth my money!

Bike bought. Done. I had it serviced there a few times, and they always were polite, prompt in the service and fairly priced. I've brought other bikes that I didn't purchase here in for service, and that too was a great experience. The service people are always helpful, polite and don't make you feel like an idiot for asking questions. When I've walked the floor, the sales guys are also polite, but not pushy. He was very friendly and courteous with answering my questions about the different bikes and sharing his insights on the models and the use cases I'm asking about, and also swapped one of the normal seats for a lowered seats on one of the Ducati Monsters. Nice selection of books and magazines on their shelves. Holiday food/snack selection was great! They provided pork sausage rolls, fruit and cheese and crackers charcuterie (pomegranates included, I love pomegranates!), and apple sticky toffee pudding. Definitely considering getting a future Ducati from SoSo Cycles.

I purchased a brand new 2021 Sea-Doo RXT-X 300 from East Bay Motor, along with an extended…read morewarranty. After only 42 hours of use, the engine failed. From that point, the experience was unacceptable. The jet ski sat at their facility for 10 months, left outside and uncovered, exposed to the elements. There was no urgency, no communication, and no basic care for customer property. Instead of standing behind the product, they pushed me to pay $9,500+ for a replacement engine, despite the extremely low hours. They also supported a claim that the spark plug in the engine was not original at the time of failure ,which is not accurate and this contributed directly to the denial of both warranty and insurance. Because I lost trust, I sourced my own replacement engine (18 hours) and shipped it to them. It then took another 3 months just to install it. When I picked up the jet ski: * The trailer hitch was damaged * The electrical adapter was missing * The cooling system had 0% coolant (which could have destroyed the engine again immediately) * My new lithium battery was missing, replaced with an old 2020 battery * The jet pump assembly was shaking, indicating improper installation I was told missing items would be sent to me. Nothing was sent. After waiting over a month, I had to purchase everything myself. Now I have to take the jet ski to another shop to correct the issues. Bottom line: This was not just poor service -- it was negligence, lack of accountability, and unprofessional handling of a major repair. I strongly recommend thinking twice before trusting this shop with your equipment.

Turns out, it was MUCH worse than what I'd been led to believe! Taylor was looking at part bikes online, trying to figure out the best way to move forward, and in the end did a complete engine rebuild.
