Always friendly, fast and convenient! Would recommend to everyone! Thanks Big Brand Tires!

Excellent service! Knowledgeable and courteou! I highly recommend them! The staff was clear and honest what my truck needed.

They got me in with very short notice for the same day, ! I let them know I may need my battery or alternator checked as a few times my car wasn't starting as quickly as before, turned out I would have been stranded on my road trip . They replaced the battery and got my oil changed, tires rotated and found that a mouse had chewed up my cabin filter ..eewww they searched for a coupon for me and applied it to my bill to help elevate some of the cost! Super upsale something that wasn't needed! Said I still have the summer left for rear brakes, and I was go to go, I'm definitely coming back! I feel they are trust worthy! Excellent staff read more

Customer service efficient friendly knowledgeable comfortable communication was good car feels great

First visit & they offered a free oil change/tire rotation/brake inspection/battery check. And the staff was friendly, professional, and went over their findings in detail. I will absolutely be back! read more

Not the same place since Phil left. Casey is trying his best, but this place has gone downhill dramatically in a short period of time. Two hours to get my oil changed with an appointment?? And the price went up 40%! And heaven forbid you have to deal with their billing department! They have our accounts all screwed up and then apply a finance charge because they aren't paid "on time". Time to find a new tire shop. read more

The best experience I've had in the area dealing with my car. I felt valued as a customer, I was in and out of there in a very reasonable amount of time, and the prices are competitive. I'm so happy to have come here and the customer experience is great read more

We're new to area & I needed my tires replaced. Stopped in for an estimate. Kasey gave an estimate, suggested a tire to replace mine which were original from new & no longer available, time needed to get tires in & availability for an appointment. I scheduled for the next week and waited during the appointment for install to be completed. Was finished in record time and price out the door was exactly what estimate said it would be. This is refreshing as too often estimates are only a starting benchmark and often times we are expected to pay more. We definitely feel we've found our new tire "home". read more

Got a great deal on tires for my dually work truck. Quick install with a 1 year full tire replacement on any damages to tire!

Amazing service right off the bat. The fellows at the desk were very friendly, kind, and quick with helping me repair my patch. If you want quick, and easy I'd highly recommend Jackson Tire. read more

Guys outside were fast and got the job done. Receptionist was unprofessional from her attire down to being preoccupied with her cellular phone. When we were acknowledged she was noticeably rude and appeared bothered by us being customers. Once we stated needing tires she said she didn't do the tires so we had to wait longer. We won't be returning. read more

Last week on my way home from Jackson I stopped at Jackson Tire to have them check my tire pressure. I make sure that the summer and winter pressure is right. Joey who checked the pressure, said it was fine but that I had some hairline cracks appearing due to hot summer weather etc. Last time I got tires at Jackson Tires was around 2012. Asked a lot of questions and had done my homework via Consumer Reports and his recommendations were spot on. The car is a 2002 Toyota Matrix with 66k miles, because we don't drive a lot. But I wanted high quality, affordable tires for the area of the California Sierras we live in. So yesterday I got four new Cooper® ProControl™ tires. and got the BEST price too. The two young men, Jake and Matt were so thoughtful. Being semi disabled they allowed me to remain in my car. Phill the owner should be very proud to have such great employees. read more

Locally owned in Jackson, California for nearly half a century... We've been customers for twenty of those years... Quality products? Sure... Fair prices? Absolutely... Wide selection of tire related products? Youbetcha... Up-to-date equipment with staff properly trained to use it? Indeed... BUT... Those are not the top reason for recommending this company... They provide the very best possible customer service of any tire shop I've ever visited... I'm nearly 80 years old have lived in more than a dozen different cities... I requested a quote online for some tires, and the representative there made some other suggestions that were both better and less expensive for my vehicle. After a strange ride through a very narrow road in a cemetery that should have been closed for repair, we came across a fence panel that had fallen over. it was impossible to back up because of tight turns and gravestones, so the only way to go forward was over a fence panel. unfortunately the panel had a nail that stuck in my tire and I was loosing air, which I didn't see till morning. I went to a competitor who made me uncomfortable. I went to jackson Tire and was treated with kindness and compassion. The competitor (Les Schwab) said I needed 4 new tires because of my type of car because the tire couldn't be repaired. he only eyeballed it. Jackson removed the tire, checked it, repaired it and I was all set. $15.00 later, I was on my way. thanks guys. if I lived in the area, you would get all my business. you were fantastic. read more

No one wants a flat tire on vacation, but we picked up a nail somewhere between Monterey and Angels Camp. First tried Chevron Angels Camp to fix our leaking tire and the rude tech flat out said he didn't have time and he sent us to another tire shop that was of course closed. A local told us Jackson Tire was the best and we drove 30 minutes to get our flat repaired. They really are the best! Great, friendly service and they got us in fast! Reasonably priced and out the door quick so we could get back to vacationing. Thanks Jackson Tire. You deserve all the 5 stars you've earned. read more

Dropped in on the way to a boating trip at Hogan. Noticed my tire was low and leaking at the valve. I was thinking my day on the lake was over before it started. These guys fixed it without an appointment and did it quick. I thought I would be waiting all day and miss the beautiful weather. Not the case and only because these folks were generous with their time and obviously know tires. All too often small gestures of goodwill and kindness are not appreciated. Thank you gentlemen for helping us get on the water. read more
