I have had Mike Miller do major engine work on my bike, and am extremely happy with the work. He completed a stage 2 in my bike and a bunch of other work. I also had cables break. Took the bike to a local Harley Davidson dealer as they were 3 miles from where the cable broke. They said the parts were not available for 2 weeks. I called my normal mechanic, Mike Miller, he said I got you. He fixed my bike and had it back to me within 24 hours and at 1/2 the price of what the dealer quoted me. Mike Miller and his staff have been my mechanic for several years now. His shop is the best, and I refer all of my friends here.

Very cool. And, if you want to go out to the OHV Park and play, but you don't own a motorcycle or quad, word is MudMart has rentals now. Check them out!

We opted for the kibble white valve conversion, new piston and rings, and new cam chain. Mike gave us a solid quote upfront with parts and labor, and the final product met expectations. Extremely disappointed with my experience at Folsom Harley-Davidson. This is a Harley-Davidson…read moredealership, and you would think that if anyone should know how to properly work on a Harley, it would be a shop that specializes in them. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I brought my motorcycle in expecting professional, knowledgeable service, but the work performed on my bike resulted in my clutch hub being damaged to the point where I had to purchase an entirely new clutch hub. On top of that, I am now also dealing with what appears to be partial damage to my transmission. That is extremely frustrating and expensive, especially when you take your motorcycle to a Harley dealership specifically because you expect the technicians to have the experience and knowledge necessary to work on Harley-Davidson motorcycles correctly. I trust a shop with my bike expecting them to fix the problem, not create additional problems that I then have to spend even more money to repair. My motorcycle means a lot to me, and having to replace major components after taking it to a dealership is incredibly disappointing. What makes this even more frustrating is that this isn't some random shop that doesn't specialize in Harley-Davidson motorcycles. This is a Harley dealership. You would expect them to know these bikes inside and out and to take the necessary care when working on them If I could leave zero stars, I would

I'm in Fair Oaks and first called the Folsom location. Thomas was upfront and let me know they weren't taking walk-in clients there because the shop was full with a lot of insurance work. Honestly, I took that as a good sign. If insurance companies trust them with vehicles, that gave me confidence in trusting them with mine. Thomas communicated clearly and let me know I could bring the car to their West Sacramento shop instead, which I did. The whole experience was straightforward. No surprises on price, no shady business, and no runaround. Most importantly, the repair came out beautiful. This is the real world, though, and I think that matters. I originally expected to get my car back on Wednesday, but it ended up being ready on Friday. That kind of thing can happen with refinishing and repair work, and I'd much rather a shop take a little extra time and do the job right than rush it and cut corners. The quality of the work mattered more to me than the exact timeline. Overall, they did an amazing job, were easy to work with, and I couldn't be happier with the result. I would absolutely recommend TK Automotive.
