We had a backed up kitchen sink that was starting to overflow in the evening. Called Rocket in the AM and they had someone out here within a few hours, earlier than any other service. They were very professional, courteous, and wore shoe covers and balnketed their area for cleanliness. They did a great a job unclogging the line and now everything is good to go. Their prices were higher than other companies and it seemed pretty set right off the bat, but in my mind the value was worth it because of how great the service was. Definitely recommend them for plumbing issues that need immedaite fixes. read more

What more can you ask for? Fast service, professional attitude and good pricing. The owner came out and gave us an estimate the day we called and helped us figure out the best way to get a torn up bathroom put back together right! Good times. read more

Amazing service! I was worried about a leak, so I found these guys on Yelp. They came an hour after I called. And while there was no leak, they still gave great tips and advice of how to avoid further issues. And they didn't charge me an arm and a leg for the trip out like other companies have in the past. So thankful! Will definitely tell my Chicago friends about this company! read more

I will never call another plumbing company again. Joey was great. He answered all my questions, explained what he was doing and why, and offered different options for how to proceed based on my budget. He stayed on the job until 10:15pm to make sure it was completely done and working properly. read more

I called Rocket to deal with the aftermath of my previous plumber who managed to lose three sewer cleaning tools and six feet of sewer rod up under my foundation. The Rocket guys ended up needing to jack-hammer and dig through the downstairs hallway and also through the furnace closet in the laundry room to get at everything. They got the work done quickly and effectively, left everything very clean, took away all the excess rubble, didn't damage anything else in the process, and did a really nice job replacing the cement. I will need to replace a few floor tiles, but we knew that going in and they ended up doing less damage to the floor than they originally estimated. I'm very happy with the result, and will definitely call these guys again if needed in the future! Highly recommended! read more

Sadly I am leaving a less than favorable review. We had issues with our kitchen faucet which reduced the hot water to a trickle. Rocket Plumbing came out and deemed we needed a new kitchen faucet. We were told one was on the truck which was $200 and the installation would cost $300 in labor. We were also offered the purchase of a faucet at wholesale cost. My husband and I purchased a Kohler faucet through Amazon Prime for $185 and was offered expert installation for $93 which we took. read more

So Marlen came same day, walked through every issue we had patiently, answered all our questions, and gave us sound recommendations. Oh and very reasonable prices, too. (Didn't get that weird feeling when someone is trying to upcharge you.) We'll definitely be continuing to work with Marlen, he's awesome. read more

Rocket Plumbing was responsive, professional, and honest. One of my bathroom sinks had a leak so I turned off the water source and called Rocket. No leak was found after looking so I was not charged an insane amount of money just to come to scopw it out. I would use them again! read more

Sam and Z did a fantastic job replacing our water heater. We had an appointment for 10:00 AM, but they had a cancellation and came out around 9:00 AM. We knew the heater would probably have to be replaced and they were able to do in just a couple of hours, including re-piping, for a reasonable price. We will definitely consider Rocket Plumbing for any future plumping needs. read more

I am writing this review primarily on behalf of my wife as she was the one who was home when the service call was made. I found Rocket Plumbing on Yelp and chose them based on their stellar reviews. The water heater had not been kicking on all the time when it was supposed to, and after I tried to flush the heater myself, it was turning on but not heating water at all - nothing but cold water. At any rate, to summarize my wife's comments: Brian, the owner, was the one who made the call, and was friendly and courteous. He called the manufacturer to ask them questions and spent quite a bit of time on the problem, which we greatly appreciate. He also made follow-up calls to make sure everything was ok, which was nice. As for the total lack of hot water, apparently I neglected to turn the gas back on to heat the water (oops!) when I flushed the heater. Brian was nice enough to only charge us the $15 service call fee. As for the underlying problem with the water heater, I'm not sure what exactly Brian did but apparently it's working normally again, which is great because that means I don't have to hear about it anymore. :) All in all, we were very happy with Brian and Rocket Plumbing and would definitely recommend them to others (already have, in fact) and use them again ourselves in the future. Thanks! read more

A+ Company!!! They turned a garbage disposal disaster around quickly. 3 hours before 20 people were to arrive for dinner, my garbage disposal backed up and flooded my kitchen as well as the condo below me. The plumber i usually use was not answering the phone. I called Rocket Plumbing and they had someone over within the hour. The issue was repaired and at a reasonable price too! They are great to work with and really nice folks! I'll be going back if any issues arise in the future! read more

We had a fantastic experience with Marlon from Rocket Plumbing. Our sink was backed up and something that smelled like death was coming from it. We called Rocket Plumbing that night and they were very helpful on the phone and we scheduled an appointment for the following day. Marlon came, explained everything he was doing, gave suggestions on how to keep the problem away and left me very satisfied! We will be using this service from now on for all of our plumbing, kitchen and bathroom needs. read more

On Friday, I had a kitchen faucet with a sprayer that sprung a big leak that poured into the sink cabinet below. I called Rocket Plumbing to explain the situation and asked if we should have a new faucet ready or let the plumber look at it. The customer service rep said that we could provide our own or the plumber would have some styles with him and we could choose. I ended up buying a Moen faucet at Home Depot that still had a sprayer, but that was simple and a good replacement for the old 10+ year one that leaked. Since it was a non-emergency, I scheduled the evaluation and repair for Monday morning. Nick from Rocket Plumbing arrived just after 8 with another plumber, Luke, who was assisting. They quickly and professionally removed the old leaky faucet and tubing and installed the new one in about 30 minutes. It looked great and the area was spotless, as Nick had cleaned up. I was told that I could use it immediately. I had put in a call in over the weekend asking if it was possible to also have my washing machine's hose upgraded to a braided hose, and when I brought it up to Nick today during the service call, he said that he had tubing with him and had time to do it immediately. What Nick and Luke discovered when they pulled out the washer-dryer combo I had was that the main dryer vent hose had become detached (it apparently had been for years) and had blown lint and dust all over the back of the washer-dryer and the laundry room. Nick asked for a broom or vacuum to remove all the lint and although I offered to do it, Nick said he was happy to do it and then replace the hose. The lint film had to have been almost two inches thick, and it took a good ten-to-fifteen minutes of Nick vacuuming to remove all the dust. He quickly installed the braided tubing and properly attached the dryer vent hose, did a final vacuum, and they were done. Nick let me know that he always recommends braided hoses for washers and that the buildup of lint not only created a less-efficient dryer, but also a carbon dioxide hazard, in addition to a fire hazard that I was initially concerned about. I was relieved and appreciative of Nick's calm explanation. Rocket Plumbing is a top-notch plumbing service with experienced, knowledgeable plumbers who are courteous, professional, and who go the extra mile to make their customers happy. I will be recommending Rocket Plumbing, and Nick, to my family, friends, and neighbors. I will absolutely be using them again for any and all of my plumbing needs. Thank you, Nick, and the Rocket Plumbing team! read more

I contacted Levi's Plumbing after finding positive reviews on Yelp. Brian (the owner) responded to my call quickly and he was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Brian called me the next day to confirm the appointment and he arrived on time. Initially, I requested that he replace the wax ring for the toilet in one of my two bathrooms. While repairing this toilet, he provided insight into other potential areas for concern. Based on his knowledge and professional demeanor, I asked him to do a full walk through of my condo. He then pointed out a few other areas that needed attention. I had him address each of these areas, which he was able to complete all on the same day. I was very happy with Brian's work. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I highly recommend Levi's Plumbing and would contact them anytime I have a plumbing issue. read more

A+++ 100% recommended Marlon from Rocket just left and he's as good as it gets. So good I felt compelled to write a review immediately. He called when en route, was on time, and provided great service. I had to have my sewage ejector pump replaced which is a crappy job (pun intended). He diagnosed the issue quickly and quoted me a price on a new pump and labor. Charged per job, not per hour. He had to run to his supplier to grab a new pump and no time was wasted. He was back quickly and had the new pump installed in no time. He also explained everything while he was doing it, which as a homeowner I appreciated. As someone who doesn't have much experience with plumbers, you always hear horror stories about how much they charge or charge for items/services you don't need. With Marlon and Rocket, I DID NOT feel that way AT ALL! They are a very trust-worthy company. Just like with mechanics, once you find a trust-worthy one, you never need to look for another one again. Now that I've found a trust-worthy plumber, I'll never need to call another company but Rocket again. read more

Scheduling ran late, but the plumbers that came out were quick and very helpful. I'd use them again.

My kitchen sink has been clogged and Brain and his guy did jettings to clean the kitchen drain. They cleaned out 2 buckets of stuff. Now it works great. Thanks for their service. read more

I had a clogged sewer line which caused sewage to backup into my basement. Rocket came out and attempted to clear the clog by rodding the line, but it was unsuccessful. The rodding cost me $400. Then they suggested the hydro jet method, which was successful in clearing the line. It cost me another $450. So basically I was charged $850 to clear the sewer line. Now they knew that the hydro jet was the better method, but they couldn't make as much money off me that way. If you ever call this place to clear a clogged sewer line insist that they use the hydro jet method. It costs $50 more than rodding the line, but it's more likely to work. They know this. I was never advised to the different options involved. This was an emergency and I didn't have time to do research on the best method to ask for. Also I was told that that they would get back to me about whether it was a just a clog or a collapsed line. They never did. read more

Yes they are pricy but if you need it done right there and then they have all the tools on their truck to make it happen. We used them for our Condo Association and they came through on two repairs for us. Appreciate you guys, look forward to calling you again for any emergencies that may occur. read more

Loved Rocket Plumbing! I needed someone to come in before I leave for 3 weeks to fix leaking valves in my bathroom. Nick with Rocket was extremely efficient and quick with his expertise! Will def recommend to family and friends

Great plumbing business. They were responsive - other company didn't even bother to call me back. Marlon called and said he could come out earlier than the quoted time if I was available. He was very knowledgeable, giving good advice and did a good, quick and thorough job. Really good guy. It was also nice to find that they were cheaper than the other two quotes I got from other companies. Highly recommended! read more

Saw the good reviews so I called when pipe froze. They Were too overwhelmed to get it done quick, but owner called to explain snowmageddeon personally. Although I wasn't able to experience the job this time I will def be using them when in need something because of their focus in customer service, and when Chicago is not experiencing a quasi Armageddon. read more

The owner called me about my review. We were able to come to get the facts from the issue. Turns out there were multiple issues attributing to the problem. They fixed one that was also masking another issue which made it difficult to notice until the first issue was resolved. read more

We have had a massive leak under our sink since the summer and our landlord wouldnt fix it. Knowing it had to be done given it was progressively getting worse, we called Rocket Plumbing. They got someone out day of to look at it. That only cost $15! Then, 2 days later, Tony came by again and fixed for a great price. I would high recommend them to anyone looking for great service, nice people and quick help. If I owned my own place, they would be my go to at all times! Thanks all at Rocket! read more

The guys at Rocket Plumbing are first class in every way. My wife and I were remodeling one of the units in our building that required moving some of the pipes around as well as replacing some old galvanized steel water lines in the basement. Sam and Geoff were here working diligently all day and came back promptly the following day to finish up the work they still had left to do. They worked so well as a team to quickly and efficiently finish the project. Sam was polite, knowledgable, very skilled at his craft and took the time to explain all that he was doing. Geoff was equally as polite, very attentive, and without him the project would not have gone as smoothly as it did! Even Brian, the owner, even came by to say hi and make sure things were going well. We won't be going with anyone but Rocket Plumbing from here on out. read more

They helped me with a water filter installation. Danny was very kind and made great suggestions which ultimately resolved our issue.

Brian with Levi's Plumbing was very helpful in adequately diagnosing our buildings water pressure problem. He was easy to deal with and, along with Pat and Jeff, were very knowledgeable and friendly. We look forward to working with them in the future! read more

The owner of my unit contacted Levi's due to a leak in the kitchen of my unit. Being that the owner lives in NY, he chose Levi's based on the great ratings. He did the right thing! Highly recommended! Tony showed up on time (early actually) and was extremely professional, personable, an easy to work with. He was able to quickly diagnose my drain problem and provide me with options at varying spend levels for a solution that worked for me. The whole thing took under an hour and I'm now leak free. Pricing was a little higher than I expected, but Tony was able to give me an instant discount. And for the the quality of service, I think the price was well worth it. read more
