I had a phone call today with this moving company's sales manager asking about their services and fees. I was having a hard time understanding what seemed to be through miscommunication. The sales manager was being very cutthroat and not wanting to help me understand how the move would work. I told him it took less than 2 hours for the movers to move the items to the pod so I was wanting a 4-hour quote and he was told me if I had a moving company that could move everything in two hours then I should just use their services again. Him not understanding this was an out-of-state move and I needed help moving the stuff from pod storage to the apartment. He told me he had the right to refuse to give me service since I did not trust him and told me I would make problems down the line. I am really shocked that a company would be this aggressive and not wanting new business. We were really close to finalizing everything until he made those rude comments. Hopefully, their customer service improves down the line. read more

I recently called on Rocket Moving to assist with a complicated move job for a client of mine in Orange County (there were multiple pick up and drop off locations and many family members involved). The four movers arrived on time and took extra care to pack and wrap all of the furniture items (more so than any other company I've used before). I had also corresponded with Robert at Rocket who helped me coordinate everything, he was so helpful and accommodating, even with all of the changes that were requested. The only thing that was not anticipated was the fairly high charge to remove the furniture items that my client wanted taken away for donation/disposal. Even with that, I will definitely be using their services for other clients moving needs. read more

Diego & his coworker did an excellent job moving my grandparents' home from Indio down to Orange County. I've personally had a bad experience with moving companies in the past, so it was refreshing to see that Rocket Moving Services far exceeded my expectations! They were respectful, worked quickly but carefully, had great attitudes, & were extremely helpful & kind. They worked hard & never lagged with anything. We most definitely would call them in the future & we highly recommend them without reservations! read more

April 16 2021 I chose this company based on their yelp reviews. They absolutely are 5 star! Diego and Albert were exceptional! They showed up 10 minutes early and ready to work. Both were professional, hard working and friendly. There's no need to look any further! They get the job done and made moving a breeze for me. A big thank you to you both. read more

Diego, Albert & Gabriel did a great job in loading a 28 Ft trailer with out stuff. Very professional. they wrapped our furniture & some appliance very securely so we wouldn't get any damage. Hopefully, the company will open an office in Springfield Mo cause we would definitely use them again. We gave our neighbor & realtor the company info for future customers. Thanks again guys! read more

Extremely professional. Polite, considerate, kind, and efficient with extremely reasonable prices. Most amazing moving service I have ever experienced. I was having issues with finding a moving company that was responsive to me to schedule my move. I found Rocket on Yelp and contacted them. They were responsive to my call and was able to schedule me for my desired move date and provided written confirmation. I received several confirmation emails and texts before my move and on the move day they were on time. Eric and his crew did an outstanding job. read more

Diego and his team were the best! They wore masks, rolled out red carpet runners to avoid walking on my carpet. They went the extra mile and gave my old apartment a light sweep when done. The Best! read more

We found Rocket Moving here on Yelp. They quoted a fair price so we engaged them to move us. They showed up on time ready to go on the schedule move date. They were friendly, efficient and professional. They started working at 8am and never stood still until they finished unloading our stuff later in the day. They completed the job earlier than their estimate so the final fee was less than the original estimate. They put everything in the correct room in the new home and took better care of our stuff than we did. I would use them again in a heartbeat. If you need to move, you won't go wrong by using them. I can't imagine being dissapointed in their services. read more

The. Slowest. Moving. Movers. EVER. It was so obvious that they were milking the time... and when it's an hourly charge that really adds up! Damaged furniture too.... Not happy!! read more

We rescheduled 3 times for the moving. They are always kind to help us to reschedule it. And they deliver boxes before the moving boxes. We have much more time to pack by ourself. It is so lucky for us to move using their service. read more

We moved yesterday and Diego, Luis, David, and Gabriel were AWESOME! We have a 4 bedroom house and 5 kids, so you can imagine how much stuff we have. Their quote was reasonable with no hidden fees. They estimated the job correctly, and we actually came in an hour under what they estimated. They are wizards at packing the truck. I could not believe how quickly they handled everything. Everyone had a great attitude and was a pleasure to work with! Thank you! Would definitely use again. read more

THE MOST WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Ask for Diego and Gabriel and you won't be disappointed. These guys were cool, calm and collected from beginning to end. Great attitudes even after a long day and lots of funky furniture! They were more than careful throughout the whole job and we really can't say enough good things about these 2 guys and their great service. If we ever move again we will definitely call Rocket. Thank you DIEGO & GABRIEL. read more

Five stars is really not enough. Carlos and the guys are AMAZING. This was our first time using a moving service and they set the bar high. We definitely will be using them for all future moves as they epitomize what outstanding customer service is. They answered all our questions prior to the move and despite getting quotes from other companies, we were confident that Rocket Moving Services would be the best company to meet our needs. They are punctual, excellent communication skills, reliable, friendly, and genuinely invested in the work that they do. Thank you for making our move painless! read more

Very professional, fast, efficient and very nice. We had a great experience with Carlos and team. Moved from single family home to another 150 miles away. We did a ton of packing prior, and had already moved stuff down which made the day go by easier. Highly recommend to try doing that as much as possible before they get there because you'll be amazed at how much stuff you have accumulated over the years! read more

This is the first time hiring a professional moving company. They were on time and wrapped everything... I totally recommend hiring Diego, Antonio and Gabriel... They were quick and pleasant to work with.... 5 for sure!!!! read more

Your movers search stops here! This was my first time hiring movers, and Carlos and Ivan set the bar HIGH. I moved from West Hollywood to Irvine, and they were efficient and highly professional throughout the move. They were extremely respectful of my things, making note of the boxes marked "fragile" and taking care not to throw anything around. They even wrapped all my furniture in shrink wrap to ensure that there would be no scuffs or stains - very important to me since I have a light beige upholstered bed and a brand new mattress! They also provided wardrobe boxes so I didn't have to fold and pack all my clothes. When we arrived to the new apartment, they covered the carpet with blankets so as not to leave shoe stains. These guys are pros. Leading up to the move, Alex was also very helpful and calm in answering all my questions and scheduling the move. The guys arrived 25 minutes after the 8-9am window, but once they arrived, they immediately went right to work. Just to note - I guess standard tipping is 15-20%?? I wasn't aware of this and did not withdraw enough cash beforehand....the move also took longer than I anticipated, so even though I'd taken out extra, it still didn't give me enough for a large tip. I felt bad, because they certainly earned it. I'd asked around beforehand, and most people were saying that 5-10% is the norm. I called around to numerous moving companies to get quotes, and Rocket had the best prices if you're paying with cash. $89/hour. All the stuff I mentioned above - shrink wrap, wardrobe boxes, tape, moving boxes, gas, mileage - all inclusive of this price! Just keep in mind that if you're traveling farther than 15(?) miles, they are required by law to charge double drive time. It actually protects both the consumer and the movers, especially in my case since we were going all the way to Irvine and the guys probably hit major traffic going back to LA at 4:30pm. A++++, 100% service. Don't look anywhere else - these guys know what they're doing, and made a potentially stressful day a rather easy one. Can't recommend them highly enough!! read more

Forth time we've hired Rocket Moving Services and we've been delighted EVERY time. They arrived on time, worked SO hard (quickly, efficiently AND carefully) and got everything done in a very short amount of time. We live in Santa Barbara, they're in Los Angeles; but ANY moving we'd have to do; we'd hire them again in a heart-beat! Highly recommend Rocket Moving Services. read more

We are ecstatic about rocket!!! Great guys, super hard working. They were fast but super careful with all our stuff. On time. Had boxes for us to use. Took things apart, put things together. We could not have asked for a better experience!!! If I could give more then 5-stars I would! read more

It is my first moving company and the only one for my following moves. Apart from all the professionalism and hard work, they are the kindest guys I've met - I was not stressed a tiny bit and had so much fun. I had so many favors given to me without mentioning any money, which simply doesn't exist in this city with any other people. I want to personally thank them again and wish them best of luck! read more

I have hired movers in the past and have never been so impressed as I was with Rocket Moving. This was the best moving experience! They promised to have a crew at my place between 8-9 am and were there, in front of my apartment complex at 8:05 am. These guys are professional and ready to work. Parking is always an issue at this complex (partly why I'm moving). The only space available for them to park the truck was in the red zone. After just one load , parking enforcement rolled up and wanted to write a ticket. I don't know what the mover said to the officer but it worked! No ticket AND they were able to leave the truck there and finish my move!!! Super cool!!! Overall, I was really satisfied with the move. It took a bit longer than I expected, but none of my stuff got scratched or damaged, and that's all that matters!! Ask for Odyssey and George, these guys ROCK!!! read more

Thank you Rocket Moving Services!!! I truly appreciate the help with my clients move, especially on short notice! Shout out to Mike for getting it scheduled on the fly and major shout out to Garmo and his Team for moving in a great professional manner and for the top notch service! I had a great experience with this company.... In the past I've used Northstar... I have used them many times... It would take Northstar 10 hours to move my place with 4 guys.... These guys did it with 2 less guys in half of the time.... Max and Danny were exceptional... Great people skills and really really hard workers.... I would use this company again and I would definitely refer them to others... They had a nice sized truck with everything and the best part is they don't nickel and dime you for tape and blanket usage or box usage... No other company comes close to offering that read more

Joe, Omar and Ken, these are not men....they are MOVING MACHINES! ( and great guys) Took care of everything in our house, gave us an accurate measurement of time, moved things where we wanted, helped us pack , nice to the kid and never stopped. Moving is stressful enough you don't want to have to worry about your things etc. Hire are these dudes, they're great. My wife was so touched when, as Omar was leaving,he looked at us and said "welcome to your new home " with a big smile on his face. Booked these guys based on Yelp reviews, for my move from Lake Balboa to Tarzana on 6/15/15. Jesus said it would be better for 3 guys to come, since I live two flights up. Joe, Kevin and Gabby showed up right on time at 7 AM. It took them about 30 mins to find a easy place to park, and then they got started. The whole time they were super friendly and professional. They took apart both my beds and wrapped all the furniture. I was quoted 115,00 an hr for 3 guys. I was hoping to not spend anymore than 5-600, and at the end it cost me 1,035! I was super shocked! It took 9 hrs to move me from a 1 bedroom apartment, into a 2 bedroom town home. They did set up all the furniture where I wanted it, and put the beds together at the new place. If I use them again I would just not have them wrap everything, because this took way to much time, and I couldn't afford this price, but had no choice I had to pay. I moved out of IMT on the blvd(which is total night mare to move in or out of) with 3 guy friends and into the place I just left in all under 4 hrs. We just threw blankets over things, so I know it wasn't as detailed as what Rocket did. The guys definitely get 5 stars, but because of the price, I am knocking off one star. Maybe they should give the customer the choice of having every single thing wrapped or not, because this adds a lot more time and money.:( read more

Rocket movers were awesome! Literally! They emailed a confirmation, called the day before and called en route. They showed up on time with a huge 26 ft truck and four guys, as promised. Carlos, one of the guys communicated along each step of the way, he even addressed each one of us by our names. I don't know about you, but being called by your name is important in customer service. They wrapped each delicate items and took extra care. Basically, the crew met all our needs. read more

These guys are sooooo legit. Danny truly knows how to run a business. I was referred by a friend of mine to Rocket Movers and it was the best money I could have spent. Art & Johnny showed up to my apartment and got probably 3000lbs of furniture from my second story apt to their truck and to my new house in just 3 hours. Unbelievable workmanship --- It wouldve taken me + 5 friends 2 days to do what these 2 skinny Russian guys did in just 3 hours. I still can't believe it -- me and my girlfriend were literally LOL'ing watching these dudes because of how good they were. Do yourself a favor and hire Rocket Movers. Ask for ART & JOHNNY. These frickin' guys, man. They turned up exactly when they said they would. It was the hottest day of the year, but they busted their butts getting everything loaded as fast as they could. They never slowed down, and then unloaded twice as quickly as they loaded. And on top of that, they were friendly, cheerful and down-to-earth guys. They provided all the packing material we used, free of charge, and did an expert job getting everything shifted without breaking a thing. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.
