DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!.... unprofessional young men who spent more time using foul language and arguing with each other than time spent moving my items. They were very slow (seemed like the were dragging out the time purposely to get paid more. I have had excellent movers before, nothing ever like this!! They broke my mothers antique mirror, scratched up my furniture and bent my mattress, which now has a permanent lump in it from being bent, they took almost 4 hrs just to load a one bedroom apartment with NO appliances! and I had everything already boxed for them. Since they took so long to load the truck it left no time to unpack and they literally just dumped everything in the new apt. Without setting up or unwrapping my furniture. I called in to complain and whoever answered the phone was rude and wanted to know what my problem was! Couldn't understand why I was complaining! I know how hard movers do work and I was prepared to tip graciously ($100.00 ea mover) because it is hard work, however we did most the moving of our items because they were so irresponsible and slow, and to top it off they couldn't even drive their truck properly, the took down half the hedge!.....I guess you get what you pay for, hence the name "CHEAP MOVERS!"...I have included photos to prove my point. Needless to say, no tip was given. And I have yet to file a complaint for all the damage that was done. read more

Our landlord gave us a 30 day notice to vacate because he was selling the building, which really left me and my family in a bind. I've never been forced out of the house before, so this really took up by surprise. We have a 4 bedroom home and 2 kids which meant we had to pretty much put everything on hold to start packing, organizing and looking for a new place. We decided to go with C G M because i got a good vibe from them right from the start. The salesperson was very helpful and polite and NOT PUSHY. He took time to answer all of our questions and was very pleasant to talk to. On the day of the move, we had the guys pack up about half our home, because we could't get around to packing everything ourselves. The guys came in and did an amazing job, really, i have zero complaints. They were clean, professional, and friendly. They took orders very well and reassembled our furniture at the new home. They were very careful with the furniture and boxes, did not drop anything. These movers brought a truck that was too small even though I quoted the job several times over the phone. Therefore they had to make 2 trips. They didn't understand the directions so I had to do a lot of the work myself. Nothing was organized and they didnt use furniture pads. On top of that they were definitely not cheap. read more

Tito and his guys helped us move this weekend and WOW, they were great. They arrived promptly and with a 30 minute call ahead of time. Once they arrived Tito went over all of the details of the move and what would be done. He explained what needed to be specially wrapped and how he would go above and beyond in every case to ensure the safety of my stuff. If any complications came up or if his guys needed a break, Tito came to me first and made sure I either understood what needed to be done and then agreed with it. He never tried to talk me into anything I didn't need and in some case went out of his way to save me money. Not sure if I would hire them again. The movers wanted to charge us extra by saying that they need to double the time that they drove from place A to place B- when the law actually says that if your drive is less than or equal to 10 miles, then that should not be done- not sure if they thought we were idiots or what, but they were definitely trying to be very sneaky, which is illegal! Oh and also.. it took the movers 4 hours (!!) from place A (which had an elevator) but took them 2.5 hours in place B (with no elevator,and 3 flights of stairs) because I had my husband stay downstairs with them to make sure that they weren't slacking off. All and all, I would not hire these movers again, and I would not recommend them obviously. read more
