Excellent service, right on time, they're very efficient and fast with their service. It actually took them faster than expected. Everyone was friendly and nice. Diego and his team are awesome. I would love to be able to be like the rest of the reviews on here, the same ones that urged me to contact/hire Rocket Moving, but sadly there was a major issue (which they made amends for in the end, but the damage was done...soooo). I will say they were prompt, very professional/courteous in their mannerisms and did work very quickly. I will also say the communications were all very prompt and professional as well. The price was good and very worth it for packing/moving our home! Sadly there was a major issue in how my kitchen was packed and there were losses, BUT they responded very quickly to my concerns and took everything I said/sent them very seriously. In the end I more than appreciate how they resolved the matter and how fast they did so. I would recommend Rocket, but due to that one issue I can not be as enthusiastic as other reviewers in my recommendation. read more

I would like to share the wonderful experience I have had working with Rocket Moving. I recently move into my new home and I had a lot of expensive items to move. With my busy schedule form work and the family, it was going to take a very long time to get everything over to my new property. After looking on Yelp for a reputable moving company I came across Rocket Moving. Rocket Moving was very professional. They schedule a date and time and were not late on their promises. All my items were carefully package with the out most care and there was no damage to any of my things. All in all I would definitely recommend Rocket Moving to all my family and friends and to anyone who needs a wonderfully moving company. read more

Diego and his team did an exceptional job. They arrived exactly on time, did a fantastic job of packing the truck and drove all the way to Palm Springs from Laguna Beach to put all of our belongings into storage. I plan on hiring them to move our things into our new place in Palm Springs even tho I will pay extra for them to come all the way out to Palm Springs to do so. They were that good! Robert communicated often and confirmed the move several times so I was less stressed than I usually would be. I highly recommend them. read more

Punctual, professional, careful, thoughtful and fast! What else can you ask for in a moving company. Ivan and the team were so conscientious with our furniture, and every challenging part of the move they just said: "we can figure it out." And they did! The folks whose house we are buying saw the incredible job the movers did and planned to hire them for their move on the spot. Easiest, best value for the money, aspect of buying a house in LA, by far. Thank you! read more

I will use this company for every move I ever have. Not only were they HALF the price of NorthStar, but their service felt well..5 stars! I felt bad because I asked the guy on the phone about 5 times "what's the catch?" Because all they charged was $160 per hour for 3 guys...that's it. That paid for boxes, wrapping, tape, LABOR, all of it. Diego and the rest of the team were amazing, not one item was broken, there was zero complaining, everything was well wrapped, they were fast, extremely polite and actually grateful for our business. And no I was not offered a gift card to write this review. read more

Professional and quick! :) Thank you to Gumaro and his assistant in helping me move from an apartment with two flights of stairs to a home 45min away. They called before arriving, and called when they arrive at the new home before I even got there. Everything was loaded and unloaded well and efficiently. Thank you! Will recommend Rocket Moving to friends and family. Arthur even replies quickly through Yelp with any questions. Quick quote, no hidden fees. *Thumbs Up* read more

Very happy with my Rocket Moving experience. I had a smaller, local move between apartments and Carlos and the rest of the Rocket team on the day of and all communication before hand were very professional, friendly, and efficient. They took the time to wrap and package my larger furniture and more fragile electronics like a big OLED tv. Everyone wore masks and took covid precautions. Highly recommended. read more

Moving process is always stressful and takes some preparation. This time I was so overwhelmed with work that had no time to pack any of my stuff so I had to leave all the work for the movers. I randomly found the rocket moving through yelp and didn't regret for a sec! Carlos and Jesus know their job! Got 15 min earlier, took care of every little piece of my stuff, and did it all at no time! The guys were nice and fun. What else would u need? Moving experience does not have to be stressful if u call the right guys. read more

Rocket moving was amazing! I called on a Tuesday for a Friday move and they were able to accommodate my last-minute request. I spoke with Jesus who was extremely nice and helpful. The movers arrived early, moved my stuff quickly, and were very careful. No damage of any kind, either to the furniture or either home. Kevin and Leo were so polite, nice, and funny. WOW! I have used other moving companies in the past. But none like Rocket Moving. Was very impressed by their work ethic and professionalism. I'm a single mother of 3 unable to deal with a move on my own. So I looked online for professionals to help me with this sudden move, and i found Rocket Moving. I was not able to pack my items. And most of my items are in a 3rd floor apartment. These guys are Machines! They packed all of my kitchen. Living Room, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, in less time than I thought. Respectful, Courteous, and above all GREAT Attitudes. Moving is a very stressful process but with Rocket Moving they made my move feel like a breeze. Avoid the hassle and Hire professional assistance. !THANKS ROCKET MOVING! read more

Over all happy with Rocket Moving. The move took longer than expected (and more pricey being hourly) but these guys were busting their asses the whole time. My only complaint, once they left our new apartment, I went back to the old one to get my cat and noticed they hit something on the door frame. The frame and weather stripping was hanging off...sooo that's really annoying. I wish they would had mentioned if they hit something but oh well. Not the end of the world. Besides that they did a pretty great job. read more

My daughter uses Rocket Moving Services for her moves and I'm glad she recommended them to me. The movers are all professional, kind, quick and efficient. Diego was the lead for his team and he communicated well with us about what was going on. unfortunately we had to move on a rainy day so it made the move a lot tougher because the street we lived in was flooded. Despite the set back, they still got our things safely and neatly to our new location. I highly recommend them for all your moving services. You won't be disappointment. read more

They were good in terms of moving. I was not happy that the company sent us tired workers who hadn't slept... They came from a previous move they performed all night. I was really pissed when I found my Milwaukee tool box missing the only battery it had in it. They were the only ones who handled this besides me. No one ever touched this thing. It's always been in my house, and I know exactly what was in that tool case as I had handled the battery the previous week to charge it (cutting down something in prep for the move). When I opened it the same evening of the move (because it felt lighter) battery was gone. I am under a strong impression one of their workers stole it. I do not accuse people easily, only when shadow of doubt is gone. I had given them a 5 star rating, and tipped generously, but after discovering this, they deserve no more than two stars. This is not a reflection of the company, though, it is a reflection of the piece of sh*t scum worker who took it. I don't know if any of the others were complicit, but I can't maintain their 5 star rating. To their credit, they willingly moved a bunch of stuff at the destination and helped with something they didn't have to, thus, plus one star. To their credit, they didn't ding me with extra fees for this crap and that crap. I had one company quote me 430 for materials right off the bat which I think is absurd. Another wants to charge double drive time no matter that it's under 15 miles. read more

We have used Rocket Moving Services twice. We highly recommend this company. They are hardworking, fast, careful and efficient. They are personable and a pleasure to work with. Thank you Rocket Moving Services! read more

Very happy and pleased with my moving guys and their service. Carlos and Adrian got there right on time 9am. They were so fast and efficient. Shrink wrapped everything to keep from being damaged. Moving is stressful but Rocket Moving Services helped make my out of state move painless and worry-free. Best packing and loading of any company that I have used (and I've moved 8 times in 20 years). Their movers wrapped, cushioned and loaded a three bedroom house in record time...and everything survived the 1000 mile trek intact and scratch-free. Wish they had an office in every state! I would use them exclusively if they did. Very happy with this company! read more

I am updating this review because the owner did call to discuss what happened and I appreciate him reaching out to me. 1. As discussed with the owner, this review was made in principle for the unprofessional behavior and unexpected racist remarks that was spoken in a language that they didn't expect us to understand. 2. I was offered compensation to pay for the moving truck by the owner but refused his offer. The point of the review was to report a horrible experience, not to get anything from them. Nor would I accept this compensation after a plea to take down the review. 3. The point that my friends helped is moot. They arrived after the movers were gone. The only people at the house at the time was my family and the other gentleman that lived there. At the end of the day, using a policy doesn't excuse the racism and bigoted comments that were made. We are an interracial family and we were completely appalled by the behavior of these employees. In this day and age with everything going on in this world, it's just plain unacceptable. It looks like the owner doesn't get that point. So I will make it again. read more

Diego and his crew did a phenomenal job packing, organizing, and moving my possessions neatly and safely to my storage unit. He was very professional and polite even when a bystander at the storage came out of her office to complain about the engine noise of the moving truck. I plan to hire Diego and his crew again to move me into my new house after it's completed. read more

Diego and Luis went above and beyond to finish in a timely manner. This company is so professional, I am very impressed and so thankful they were referred to me. From the initial call, to the last box moved into my apartment they were incredible! I had to move into an apartment with stairs and the two gentlemen that came were amazing and professional, they made this move a lot less stressful!. The materials to wrap the furniture was included,I didn't have to worry about a single thing. They show up, ask what's being moved and take over! I would definitely recommend them and would absolutely hire them again. read more

Got Carlos again and this time Adrian, plus they called in reinforcements. Courteous and professional as always. Second time using them, and if I wasn't moving out of state they'd be my go-to guys for moving needs. Rocket Moving doesn't need my 5 star review since they have so many 5 star reviews, but I am going to post it anyway :) . These are the most professional and honest movers . They came right on time at 9 am and got to work immediately. They worked almost nonstop for 8 hours like a moving machine :)). What I like the most is that they were making jokes and working together like a soccer team . I love Rocket Team . The moving quote was definitely the best out of 5 quotes that I had received from other moving companies. The hourly rate was all inclusive and they mean it when they say it . I highly recommend this moving company to everyone Don't look around just call Rocket Moving . read more

Amazing helpful guys... As a Disabled Veteran, I was so thankful for their personal dedication to my belongings. They worked with me on my payments, & I couldn't have asked for better service. I Highly Recommend them & will be using them again once escrow closes on my house! read more

Called these guys to get a quote on moving a refrigerator but soon realized that they aren't really the best for small jobs. Totally fair. The one star comes into play because after conversing with them I realized that they have somewhat of a shady business practice. I think CA law requires employers to give 3 hour shift minimums when doing a days labor. This company takes that requirement and passes it onto customers. Which means that no matter what, you will be paying a minimum of 3 hours. For the most part, it is probably completely fine because most of you will have larger scale jobs where it will exceed this threshold; however, the fact that this company has this minimum really rubs me the wrong way and ultimately cheated. Phone call and this revelation lost the business for me. ** These guys just called me about my review - totally awesome and the right thing to do; however, completely missed the point and quickly felt like an attack. Sooo.... wtf... *** hahaha I just saw that these guys direct messaged me and called me an A-hole. well played guys, well played read more

The crew that moved me was absolutely amazing! This is the first time I've used professional movers and it was so worth it. They were so diligent in their work. I asked them if they could unmount a tv and by the time I looked up it was already unscrewed and wrapped up. I will definitely use them next time I move. Thank you for making my life so much easier! read more
