He lost my rear windows which cost me over $1000 to replace. In addition, the undercarriage had gaps that you could drop your keys through. To repair I had to remove his undercoat and patch the holes at a cost of $800. Plus there were several drips in the paint job. My biggest problem is he refuses to return my calls that help me out. I was given an initial estimate from the insurance company. However, once Robbies took off the bumper cover, he saw additional hidden damage (rear impact bar, lower molding, skid plate along with a few other smaller items). Sinclair (one of Robbie's appraiser) immediately notified me of the situation and assured me he will get in contact with the insurance company to work with them so get the additional damages repaired/replaced as well. Sinclair was on point the entire time my car was in the shop (total of 4 days). He kept me updated on the status almost on a daily basis via email communication. Once the work was completed, I inspected the car and it looks brand new. Body gaps are just as good as factory gaps. The paint matched perfectly, and dare I say.....even better quality than factory paint as I noticed some orange peel in some lower panels with the factory paint. Ed was the body guy that worked on my car and he did an awesome job! Overall, I was extremely happy with my experience at Robbie's. I valued the open line of communication I had with Sinclair. He explained exactly what was taking place and gave me a heads up on what I should expect during the repairs. I also run dual dashcams in my car. After I got the car back, I reviewed the dashcam footage when they had the vehicle.The guys are top notch professionals using top end tools (Snap On) along with top end equipment. I bought a 2001 TJ Sahara in mint condition and to protect my investment I then immediately brought…read moreit to the 4x4 Place to treat the frame with Por-15 to prevent rust. It took several weeks for the job to be completed and when it was finally done it looked like someone had merely painted the frame with black paint and many places reflected only a light overspray. I was unfamiliar with the process so I didn't know what to expect but Andrew seemed like a nice guy who is very experienced and respected so I just trusted that they did the job correctly. I deeply regret that decision. I drove the TJ only on weekends and almost always on city streets but not long afterward every part of the frame was so badly rusted that it wasn't safe to drive. I was diagnosed with cancer a few years ago so I didn't have the time or money to replace the frame while undergoing treatment but being able to drive it again with the top down was on my bucket list. Unfortunately, I realize now that replacing the frame will be much more expensive than I thought it would be so my TJ will need to be sent to the junk yard.

She brought it to the dealership upon leaving this establishment and they showed her where a tool damaged the gasket to the windshield. This has been a costly headache. Not only did the windshield need to get fixed but the flooring has mold from the water damage. Shame on Miguel and Maaco for taking advantage of an old woman. He did try to get me to bring her car in so he can try to fix the mold but unfortunately the damage is done and I wouldn't even bring my bike to them. The dealership (who doesn't offer paint jobs which is why we had to go elsewhere) also said the paint job wasn't good. They not only didn't buff the old paint off but they didn't buff the glue that was left behind from the gaskets they removed and painted over the glue!!!
