I blew a tire on I-80 and had my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder (160k miles) towed to their shop. What started as a flat tire turned into a much bigger issue, but thanks to their honesty and care, it was handled in the best possible way. Once my car was on the lift, Lenny immediately noticed that my rear subframe was completely rusted, posing a serious safety issue. He took the time to walk me through everything he saw, explaining in detail what was affecting my car's performance. He didn't just point out problems--he provided cost-friendly solutions and created a package that addressed my vehicle's most urgent needs without overwhelming me financially. All four tires needed to be replaced, but when the work was complete, the difference was unbelievable. My car now sits higher in the back, drives smooth, and feels practically brand new. Another shop had quoted me $3,500 more than what Lenny and James were able to manage here. Honest, knowledgeable, and customer-focused--this is hands down the place to go. The BBB is evaluating our case, thousands of dollars in "mistakes". They realize who they can unethically install faulty equipment and then ensure they must tow, and fix. This the opposite of being a respected business that "preys" on its customers. They target woman and young people! Never go or let your kids use them!

    Beware caution caution I was having my radio replaced on a…read more2000 Dodge Ram pickup truck. About 2 and 1/2 days after having the radio replaced. My dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. My windshield wiper for going a mile a minute no power from the radio lost a bunch of computer functions on my dashboard. Then I went back there two days later had my radio taken out and to reverse everything they did. The woman behind the counter told me they refuse your refunds you put her owner on the phone with me and they tell me she doesn't do refunds whatsoever. She told me there's going to be putting back in Parts into my truck that don't work with it and I told her that either the radio and the computer to my truck don't like it or there's some issues with the wiring harness that they put in something's not right with the parts they put in. She told me they're going to keep replacing parts, in my truck that don't work. I told her that I didn't want to keep having issues with my truck with parts that don't work. I'm not playing in anymore Parts into my truck that don't work. She refused to give me a refund so it is the parts are bad or her guys did something to my truck when they were installing the radio. The first time I was there getting my radio put in a woman walked in there having issues with a starter they remote starter put in. The second time I went there to have my radio taken out another guy was there he is having issues with an amp they put in. When I went there trying to get my refund a couple days later and go talk to somebody behind the counter there's another gentleman there having problems a new radio that they put in a new radio and backup camera there's problems with the radio and he was back there again because they're having problems with the backup camera.

It was expensive too. $127 for an oil and filter change. The attendant had no personality and was rude. I guess this was my punishment for showing up without an appointment. I guess in summary no one really cares these days about good customer service. It's almost like everywhere you go people act like they hate their job. It's so sad.

Nielsen charged me close to $270.00 for this service which included a mandatory payment of $18.00 for shop supplies which when asked was told for rags used during the oil change. What a joke and ripoff! I will never go back because the convenience isn't worth it. No wonder it was so easy to schedule a service -- hardly no one was there. Also, the person had me waiting an extra 20 minutes while my car was sitting in front of the building (complete). She apparently had to talk to a walk-in for this amount of time while I sat waiting. I might add she asked me to take a seat when they pulled the car around stating she needed to do the paper work well before this walk in came up to her desk. I will never gve them my business again.
