You drive your car to the back of the shop where there are 2 lanes. A mechanic will tell you which lane to go to and will ask you a series of questions. There is a car scent (choose a scent from lemon, vanilla, clean car, or baby powder), vacuum, windshield wash, and 14-point check included for no extra charge! I sat in the waiting room for maybe 10 minutes before my name was called saying they were done! Very impressed with how quickly they were able to complete everything and my car feels and smells good as new! The staff were extremely professional and did not recommend unnecessary extras. Will definitely be back!

With 9 locations in NJ and overall decent reviews, I I called before heading over to ensure they had the tire I needed. I spoke to JR who was super friendly and present. I drove over, checked in, dropped my keys off, and waited. He told me it would be about an hour (which turned out to be an accurate estimate). The good news is they said they were able to patch up the tire and I didn't need to buy a new one! I was surprised and relieved. They also ensured my wheels were balanced and that the rest of the tires had no issues. Overall, I had a positive experience here and would recommend their services.

Someone wrote on their page they went there with a coupon and gave a bad review. Since Ledgewood Car Care doesn't offer coupons, that person got mixed up with another place. I have been taking my vehicles here for over 10 years. They are knowledgeable and don't try and sell me other services. If I do need something that I am unaware of they print out a form to let me see it and make up my mind if I want it or not. I trust these guys with my life! While he was doing the oil change, he realized they did not have a Purolator for my make and model. He said he would install a Champ filter and he would order a Purolator and I could come back, but I told him the Champ is fine. The point is he didn't just put a different filter in and not tell me.
