Nick was fantastic…read more I showed interest in one of his used cars that he was selling and he immediately responded. He even ran around the day prior to me meeting him to make sure the cars title was up to date. I had to drive about an hour away to get to him, but it was absolutely worth it. Nick left the car on the lift specifically so I could take a look under the car and he gladly popped the hood. He was very courteous and understanding. He disclosed anything and everything - I didn't have to question his honesty at all. He is very upfront. He allowed for me to take a test drive around the area and during the test drive he explained all of the details of the car - he also disclosed all of the improvements he had done to the car in the last month to get it ready to be sold. He provided a list as well and documentation as proof. I accepted the offer and Nick was patient enough to wait for me to go and grab a check from the bank. When I came back we had a brief talk about how to transfer the car, get a new registration and plates. This was the smoothest experience I have ever had when it comes to buying a car. Nick makes it simple, and easy. He did this all on his day off - I am so thankful to him. Nick just got a customer. Anytime I have an issue with my car, I will be going to Nick.

Their website is very confusing because it seems like they focus mostly on trucks, but then there are some small sections that say they do specialize on German cars too. I called them about an issue that I had and they told me that they could handle it. The day that I set up for my car to be taken there, they told me that they couldn't handle what I needed.

A good, honest auto shop!…read more My father lives in Randolph, so I've been here a few times for service on my 150,000-mile 1989 BMW: oil changes, brake repairs, belt replacements and tire rotations. The prices have always been reasonable -- no exaggerated labor charges, no unnecessary work. The last time I went in, the handle that pops the hood was broken; they spent an hour fixing that so they could get to the engine, and didn't charge for the labor. Highly recommended!

I have a Honda Civic 2018 and had a lot of replacing to do which included the axles, the belt, the…read morebrakes, filters, spark plug, shock absorbers and lastly my gas panel lock on the side of the car that has been bothering me the past six months, making a buzz noise which is a common occurrence in this sedan. I've been in and out for three days with them and everything seemed pretty good. Everything has been fixed up until the gas panel, which seemed the easiest and least amount of time. An associate asked me if I wanted to wait on the gas panel to be priced with the second round on the second day because we didn't know how long the labor would take and could take less time so it saves me money so I agreed! The part which was the "R & R Fuel Door Accuator" I was shown would cost a little under $60 that day. I came the third day to finally fix the gas panel buzzing noise which it took them 30 minutes on the dot to do. So in my head it would be the $60 part and Labor You would think it would be under $200 including tax but instead I was charged $318. Another associate was working that day and I told him how the previous person told me to wait to price out the piece until the day it got fixed so that time and labor may be less. That associate said "he has it priced at 1 hour and there's nothing much I can do than dropping it to $318" so then I asked mind if I ask how much is labor per hour. He said "around 200, they changed it, it used to be much cheaper". I looked up pricing of labor in New Jersey, which is 140 to $170 per hour mind you took 30 minutes which I brought up, but the associate said that's all he could do, but even so if it was charged the full one hour it wouldn't be $300+ with the piece being under $60. After paying I see on the receipt the price of the part was now $129 which is more than double what he showed me. There were no explanations or much help to this and what I got was a remark saying "at least there's no more buzzing". I work in service, but the man who was helping me on the last day, should work on his hospitality with helping gain loyal customers
