There are many places that I have taken my car, and as a woman showing up on her own, often I find I am spoken down to, criticized or the staff attempts to sell me things I don't need. Wall Automotive is NOT that kind of place. The owner Bryan, as well as the men who work there, are consummate professionals and deeply respectful. It feels more like I am dropping off my car at my Uncle's house than a business. They are always friendly, up front with estimates and assessments, and are incredibly transparent about what needs to be done and why. I would recommend this automotive shop to ANYONE. I have nothing but positive things to say. If there were more than 5 stars to give them, I would. I have been there for alignment, brakes, and other small fixes. I highly recommend Bryan and his staff at Wall Automotive. read more

Wall repaired some wiring damage in 2024 in an hour. Went back in 2026 for same 4 wires which had rodent damage. After waiting 2 days I call and get this job is "huge " and its going to be a long time. whatever that means. Service and communication was a 10 in 2024, now its a 1. Place is too busy and questionable work practices now read more

I will never go anywhere else for my automotive needs. Their prices are better than other competitors and I never feel like they are overselling me; in fact, many times Brian has told me "no, you don't need that" or "that can wait until your next service". I've been to Wall for oil changes, brakes, computer issues popping up on my dashboard, and "noises" coming from my vehicles. Their diagnosis is quick & I never feel like I'm getting screwed over. One time, when my car wasn't ready because of a part delay, Brian let me use his own car for a few hours!!!! Who the heck ever does that?!?!! For real, this place is just hands down the best. You can feel confident that they possess TRUST & HONESTY in their business. read more

Bryan went out of his way on Sunday to stop over my home and fix a nail in my tire. I was so grateful since I commute to work on Rt 80 Rt 287 starting the following day. I also had a a lot of play in my car and took a drive the following Fri in the rain and realized I felt so confident because Bryan had deflated some of the tires. I didn't have the play in my car anymore and my car had much more traction. kudos to Bryan and would definitely recommend his business in the future. read more

Was on the way home from Camelback and called WA to swap my tires out (Michelin Cross Climate 2's) and they were able to get it done within 1.5 hours. If you're in the 10-15 mile radius of the shop, I would recommend coming here as they have fair pricing and great services. Thanks again and happy holidays! read more

I cannot say enough good things about Bryan and the Wall Automotive experience. After getting price gouged for an oil change and provided a questionable quote on suggested maintenance at another automotive center, I contacted Bryan for a second opinion and we worked out an appointment quickly. Absentmindedly, I actually dropped my car off a week before the schedule appointment day, it had been a long week right before the holidays and I got my Thursdays mixed up. Despite the mix up, Bryan was able to fit my car in at his earliest convenience and had the work done days in advance of my actual appointment date for a much more reasonable price than the other automotive center I had look at my car. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and will continue to be a customer. Thank you Bryan!! read more

Wife had her Jeep brought in for brakes/battery, but there ended up being an additional electrical issue with the car once we picked it up. We brought it back in and they did a diagnostic. We tried paying for the diagnostic, but because there was initially a miscommunication on our end on whether or not we would have to pay for the diagnostic, Bryan did not charge us and wouldn't accept payment. Bryan was more concerned about having a satisfied customer. They took 2 hours out of their day to do a diagnostic that they didn't have to do, and didn't even end up charging us for it. I can straight up say that this is the most honest shop I've ever dealt with and wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

I wish I could say that I used their services but it never got that far because of poor customer service. I contacted Wall Automotive after a repair shop near me recommended them for a repair to my 2008 Toyota Prius. I called and spoke to Bryan and explained the issue. He said he would put an initial quote together and send it to me and then I could bring in the car and they would make sure that they had the correct diagnosis. I never got the quote so about 5 days later I called back and spoke to Bryan and he said that he had a number of quotes he needed to do and mine was one of them and that I would have it in 2 hours. I never got it. Then I called back about 4 days later and spoke to another associate and explained that I was waiting for this quote and would like to speak with Bryan. He took my number and said he would pass the message onto Bryan. I never heard back. I guess they just don't need the work there. They will never get a chance now because I do not deserve to be ignored. I was very respectful in my conversations with them and they never showed the reciprocal respect. Keith read more

Called in because I had some error codes pop up on my OBD. Bryan picked up the phone and immediately was able to give me an assessment of the issues. Not only is he knowledgeable but he was able to articulate it well without trying to sell anything else. 5 star place, bring your car here for sure! read more

Wall took my car in after I called about replacing a starter, in less than two hours I got a call saying the job was done. They were friendly and professional. I'm so glad that they were recommended to me as a first time New Jerseyite. They will be my go to auto service shop. read more

Wall Automotive is the best place to get your vehicles serviced and repaired. Brian is professional, ethical, and very honest! His mechanics are well trained and also professional. Very rarely do you come across mechanics that you can trust and have amazing business ethics. I have been their customer for over 6 years now. They pass all honesty tests I threw at them in the beginning. I recommend all my friends and family nearby to go here. Such big relief to know I don't have to worry about our vehicles with this business in town. read more

Brian and his crew are amazing. Professional, smart, caring and honest, the best car doctor you can find. He took care of our new, aging and retiring vehicles for many years and kept our family (4 drivers total) safe on the road. He diagnosed my last problem by description of the noise the car was making, ordered the parts while I was driving back to the station, and fixed in within the next hour. Thanks Brian! read more

Got a screw in my tire. Heard this place was great so I went there to have them check it out. They took care of my tire and we were on our way in about 15 minutes. Only charged $20. I guess the positive things I heard were true. Thank you!!! read more

Bryan is a mechanic you can trust!! Highly recommend. The rest of the staff and Bill at the desk are wonderful as well.

I love Wall Automotive. I first found them on Yelp and wrote to them about a repair cost. Bryan quickly responded and gave me a competitive price, based on what Midas quoted for me. I go to Wall for EVERYTHING now and it is now also my husband's shop. Recommend! Bryan and Bill are the best! read more

I am new to the area (white meadow lake/rockaway) and was looking for a shop to look over my vehicle before a cross country drive. Bryan is incredibly friendly and the type of mechanic who's honest and not in it to rip you off. It's small shops like this that I appreciate. He was able to work with my aftermarket warranty company in getting my repair done at a minimal cost to me. I will always recommend Wall Automotive! They were very efficient and quick! read more

Was first referred by my friend. What a great shop. It's one of those shops with folks who actually care about their customers. Awesome service and never overcharges for their excellent service. I have to say that I have sets of jackstands and a floor jack at home and can do an engine oil change at home, but I prefer coming here when the weather is too cold. Engine oil change is very cheap and I always bring my engine oil and a filter with a crush washer and they have no problem with it either. Highly recommend this shop. Bryan is awesome, too. read more

Very friendly and helpful son and father operation. Stopped in with exhaust issues and received a very competitive estimate. Ended up going to Midas since I found my "free lifetime" muffler warranty - big mistake - after add-ons and exceptions, Midas was more expensive than Brian. Lesson learned. Exhaust needs work again and have just dropped off for service. Previously have had an oil change here and was very happy with the service. read more

My husband and I began bringing our cars to Bryan for repair because he was within walking distance from our home. What an awesome decision. Bryan is honest, hard working, and you can above all TRUST his work. He doesn't try and 'sell' things on you that you don't need. He tells you to anticipate certain things that may need repair in the future in order for you to plan for that job needing to be done. My husband and I have 4 kids, and when my husband got into an accident with his car, Bryan did all the repair work quickly and had his car back before the insurance company even had a check cut to him. He told us that he knew we were good for it, and had just taken a nominal deposit for the work until the rest came in. This is what a genuinely GOOD GUY he is, and I can't say enough that this is the place you want to go- and you'll keep coming back to. Thank you Bryan and the rest of the team at Wall Automotive! read more
