AVOID AT ALL COSTS:…read more I went to get an oil change from this location, added some extra things I knew it needed. Not only did the front desk person fail to provide a cost sheet (required by NJ consumer protections law) and then the mechanic broke my glovebox due to negligence by pulling it off the hinges too hard. The one manager who helped me is probably the only thing this location has going for it, they fixed the glove box for free but then broke the trunk lock switch in the glovebox making it impossible for me to get into my truck. There seems to be a general lack of care for your vehicle and a lack of double checking the work being done to your vehicle. I tried calling again, was told I would get a call back about the situation but never did. At this point I realized going through the headache and whatever they'll break next wasn't worth getting the part fixed by here again.

Wall Automotive is NOT that kind of place. The owner Bryan, as well as the men who work there, are consummate professionals and deeply respectful. They are always friendly, up front with estimates and assessments, and are incredibly transparent about what needs to be done and why. I would recommend this automotive shop to ANYONE. I have nothing but positive things to say. If there were more than 5 stars to give them, I would. I have been there for alignment, brakes, and other small fixes. I highly recommend Bryan and his staff at Wall Automotive.

I blew a tire on I-80 and had my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder (160k miles) towed to their shop. What started as a flat tire turned into a much bigger issue, but thanks to their honesty and care, it was handled in the best possible way. Once my car was on the lift, Lenny immediately noticed that my rear subframe was completely rusted, posing a serious safety issue. He took the time to walk me through everything he saw, explaining in detail what was affecting my car's performance. He didn't just point out problems--he provided cost-friendly solutions and created a package that addressed my vehicle's most urgent needs without overwhelming me financially. All four tires needed to be replaced, but when the work was complete, the difference was unbelievable. My car now sits higher in the back, drives smooth, and feels practically brand new. Another shop had quoted me $3,500 more than what Lenny and James were able to manage here. Honest, knowledgeable, and customer-focused--this is hands down the place to go.
