I took my truck in because my engine light came on. They told me that the catalytic converter and…read moreoxygen sensors needed to be replaced. The original estimate was approximately $2900 and the final bill was higher($3070). I missed two days for work due to wrong parts, them not being able to get a bolt off. When I finally got my car back the engine light came on and my transmission was shot. The car never had prior transmission problems at all. When I sent them the info that using heat by the transmission can cause damage they dismissed it. I had to junk the car for $500. The worst car repair experience I ever had. I never took a car to get a major repair like this and had the car run much worse. I will never go back. Buyer beware with these guys.

I initially chose this shop for a snow tire installation because they were able to fit me in…read morequickly and had high-end equipment. This used to be Euro Tire which I used previously for various things with no issues. Unfortunately, what began as a simple service resulted in over $1,000 in damages and a complete lack of accountability. After picking up my car, I discovered the wheel bolts had been severely over-torqued. I returned within 30 min, and a technician confirmed they were stuck, stating he was "uncomfortable" proceeding at closing time. I took the car home and dropped it off the following morning as they said they will take care of it. The next day, multiple lug nuts were stuck which required drilling of the studs to remove them. The shop broke at least 4 lug nuts in half trying to remove them and the 2 wheels were stuck on the car. During the extraction process, the shop drilled through the wheel itself rather than just the studs. Put the wheel back on and said it was all done. I once again checked when I got home and discovered the wheel was drilled into and 2 of 5 lug nuts on one wheel were not holding. This rendered the wheel structurally compromised and unsafe for road use. Despite previously admitting the bolts were over-torqued, the management changed their story once they realized the extent of the damage. When I confronted them about the ruined wheel, they blamed me for the over-torquing--despite the fact that they were the last ones to touch the vehicle. While they refunded the initial labor cost, I am now out approximately $1,000 for a replacement wheel and hardware.

Searching for a qualified mechanic to work on my 2014 Mercedes AMG has been a short road thanks to…read morethis shop. I wanted to do some custom work to my car (aftermarket suspension, valvetronic exhaust) as well as regular services. John (the owner) and his team has proven to be exceptionally qualified with working on my Mercedes. The valvetronic exhaust installation is not simple because of the added wiring complexity on top of the bolt ons. I was very pleased with their knowledge of these cars. I especially appreciate the care and detail of customizing the locations for foreign parts from the exhaust. I have sat in his shop for hours while waiting for my car and seeing customer after customer walk in and out. All types of cars from Audi's, BMW's, Etc. and nothing customers all walking away pleased. John has been pretty transparent on labor and his explanation to fix the problem. Don't hesitate using him...

After installing the fuel injector they advised there was problems with the piston or rings. I trued to talk to them to find out if they installed the fuel injector wrong and caused the damage but they don't take calls. Their voicemail says to text them. So you text, but they either don't respond or just give a limited self serving response. I went there to pick up the car to take it to another mechanic and they refused to advise if the car is safe to operate, refuse to discuss the work they did or their misdiagnosis. They advised they will not release the car without full payment, When I tried to pay them via a check, they advised they do not accept checks but no where do they stare such prior to pick up. They want cash, Zelle or a credit card and if you use a credit card you have to pay a 3 percent fee. Then they require you to sign their self serving summary after payment or they "Will void out the payment" and refuse to give you the keys. I wrote on their document "disputed" and that I reserved the right to sue them. They refused to accept what I wrote - I had to get the local police involved just to get the car back that I fully paid them for. ---// it was such a crazy experience I told them I was going to record it on my phone and they said the they will not talk at all. Avoid this place.

My boyfriend…read moreworks in the same office park as A Wheel Alignment Place and has taken his truck to Norbert for the last few years. In the last 8 months, Norbert has now seen my Nissan Rogue for oil changes, a grinding sound near my tires when I turned the wheel, and the AC that stopped working. Not only were my appointments scheduled in reasonable time, prior to doing any work or making any replacements in my car, he called to explain what was specifically wrong, how he could fix it, and what it would cost. I am not a car person, but the details and breakdown that he provided to me in simple terms were greatly appreciated, and I felt his pricing was very reasonable. His solution for the grinding issues was something that I had forgotten I'd been told about by another mechanic 1.5 years ago and the AC issue was a common problem in Nissan Rogue. All in all, I felt his was truthful and not scamming me. I had my car back within the same day for each service and after months, I have not run into any problems with the issues he handled. I cannot recommend A Wheel Alignment Place more and will continue to bring my car there for anything in the future.
