My friends and family were skeptical for the price quoted, but I took a gamble on a local mom and pop business and it paid off! I can't believe the transformation. What was tired and outdated is now fresh and sleek. The service tech worked all day to update two vanities and a kitchen sink, the kitchen countertops and backsplash, a bathtub and tile surround, and a shower stall. Everything is bright glossy white which makes an already large condo look even bigger. The resurfacing investment definitely improved the resell value of the condo, so it was absolutely worth the money. The work was not as expected. The requested repairs are not well done, and some not done at all (repair rusted areas with a composite and finish with the rest of the sink). The finish of the sink is now mostly "orange peel" with some smooth areas. I complained and texted photos. The staff agreed that the work was sub-par and scheduled a redo. The same tech came to the job and did not refinish the sink, instead used some wet/dry sand paper and some auto wax. no additional repairs, no refinishing. When it became clear that the tech was not going to properly refinish the work, I sent him away. In this experience, the work was not as stated and the follow up was poor.

It took awhile to get scheduled because they are in high demand but it was worth it. You get a project manager to oversee your remodel but there were some problems. The tile was not installed even though we were told he would be here on 2 days. As of this review we are still waiting to find out when he is going to show up. Good craftsmanship is hard to find so you are usually at a disadvantage when hiring. Naples Kitchen hires good people but they need to do a better job at communicating schedules.

Customer service is good, if you need a return, the process is fast and easy as long as you bring a receipt. Prices are competitive and the selection is good, after all, Lowe's is a big store. If a handyman sends me there for supplies, I can always ask the guys in the store if I can't locate a #9 x 1-1/2 in deck screw. Kudos to these hard working and knowledgeable employees, if they don't know, they will look it up on their phones. Lowe's is in a good location and parking is easy. When we decided to redo our kitchen and family room, we looked at many contractors. Our project…read moreinvolved new cabinets, countertops, sinks, flooring, some electrical, and painting, We selected three contractors to submit bids. Mike's bid was in the middle of the three for cost, and by far the most detailed. The reasons we chose Mike were many. First Mike was exceeding patient in answering all of our questions, and explaining the plusses and minuses of each choice. Secondly, Mike had samples of all of the materials in his shop. The other bidders told us to go to different places to look at the samples for flooring, countertops, etc. Third, he readily worked with us as we struggled to make some of the decisions. However, the best thing about Dreamworks was that the crew that showed up day one stayed on our our project through completion. Ricardo, Nixon, Francisco, and Liz were complete professionals. Manny, the electrician was on site when needed. I don't remember the name of the guy who did the flooring, but he did a great job. The crew made sure everything was perfect and cleaned up each day before they left, and they were so nice to deal with. We could not be happier with the competed project.

Cornerstone did a beautiful job on my new kitchen. They…read morewere on time each day and had a team for each job. The only problem was that there isn't enough space for a standard size oven. Telling clients and reinforcing the fact that the Thermafoil Cabinet covering can melt on high heat....over 400 degrees. The company redid the drawer doors at no cost but the melting happened again so I had to pay 600 to fix. If I'd have known I'd have looked for better options This year there was more melting. I was able to make the situation better by inserting stove shields on both sides of stove. Very professional workers. Cornerstone had put a metal shield on 1 side of the stove which helped but no shield with the side with melting.
