Rocks is great! Two day jet ski rental! We had a blast. They helped me understand how to avoid issues. Lots of weeds right now in the lakes, they told us what to avoid & it worked. They are a lot of fun, nice people. This is our 2nd year using them. Highly recommend! read more

My family was went on a much needed vacation and were looking for a nice pontoon boat for the week. While there were many places to rent from, Rock's Rent All had the best prices ... so we decided to go through them. It should be noted that the best prices didn't mean the boats. The boat we rented was amazing, clean and everything was in perfect working order. The team at Rock's Rent All explained everything we needed to know about the boat perfectly and my family had some much needed bonding. So a huge thanks to the team at Rock's Rent All for making that happen a great family vacation even better! read more

I would definitely rent again from this business. Great service!! I had a small issue and the business went above and beyond!! I have rented from here before and will definitely do so again!! read more

These folks are the best. True Wisconsin helpfulness and customer service. We went here to rent a pontoon boat, weed eater, jet ski, life jackets, and a tube. They are easy going, caring, and happy to help. April remembered our names and was super flexible with our rentals. I recommend this to everybody. read more

Rock's rental has great equipment quality, however be sure to video tape the entire for damages before taking off of his lot. I rented a jet ski and was very careful to make there was no damage during our use. Not even a small scratch. When I came back they looked under the hull and there was about a 2" strip of chips and black marks going from side to side. I knew if we had hit anything the marks would have been from front to back. They showed me a very grainy, shadowing video of underside of the hull that was taken before I took it. Very difficult to see, but the owner said it showed no damage, and I would have to pay for entire hull to be redone. Very expensive! I knew we didn't cause the damage and asked him to show me the rest of the video. It clearly showed the damage was there before I took the jet ski. Thank God I was persistent or I would have been paying for damages I didn't do. Please protect yourself and video tape the entire unit( underside also) when renting from Rock's Rental read more

we had a very disastrous rental from them. The wife quoted $630 for delivery and rental over a weekend of a skid steer. So when the husband got here, he proceeded to add on $279 for delivery and I had been told that it was included. They were very rude, and not helpful at all they are not on the Better Business Bureau so I can't report them. I just wanted people to be aware of the prices and make sure that you have complete understanding that they will overcharge you read more

I continue to rely on Paul's rental for quality equipment and service even though there are other rental businesses in the area. I've recommended Paul's to all my friends who are in need of equipment. read more

We rented a Polaris 600 2 up for a 3 day weekend and really put the miles on. No issues what so ever. In fact everything in his shop looks immaculately maintained. Helmets were warm and once I set the vents they worked well. We opted out of the insurance at $1000 deductible. Upon returning out sled, Paul was nice enough to give us a ride (15 miles away) back to our hotel. So no need to tell you how awesome the service is there. You won't be sorry if you rent from Paul. read more

I have rented from Paul for myself and my family, and had other families rent from Paul for several years. He is honest, helpful, and has always provided us with great sleds, snowmobile gear, and service. The one time I had a minor issue with one of my rented sleds, I called Paul and he was out to help me resolve the issue in less than 30 mins. Paul is also very fair, and has never attempted to pass along normal machine wear or general maintenance costs of his snowmobiles on to us, as some of his previous local competition had been known to do... I will continue to rent from Paul for family and friends when our group is in need of a solid machine at a fair price, as I know they will receive a safe ride and great service. read more

DO NOT RENT FROM PAULS!! Booked snowmobiles and the morning we were suppose to pick them up they "weren't letting their sleds out" due to not enough snow. Every single other rental place was running. Thankful Premier sports hooked us up with sleds. We didn't drive 10+ hours for nothing!! NOT A GOOD WAY TO DO BUSINESS. read more

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!! rented from them months ago, and paid my bill right away. 3 months later I get billed AGAIN. I went in to straighten it out, and brought the receipt and bills with me. When I confronted an employee with this issue, she said that she would look into it. She didn't write down my information, what I was billed for, asked for my contact information, or read my receipt. Nothing was done about it. THEY ONLY WANT MONEY read more

While the equipment works well, Paul is rude, condescending and arrogant. We made the Mistake twice. After the first time thought maybe he was just having a challenging day. The second experience....worse! We will not rent from him in the future. read more

We rented one snowmobile and it broke within 2 hours of having it. They brought us a new one to exchange that one had problems too and when we brought it to them to show them in the morning they told us that it was our fault that we must have rolled it or crashed it into a tree because the handle bar was messed up and the wires were showing yet that was something they didn't fix from something before. So this place sucks! And the two helmets we rented from them both suck when it's cold. They freeze up right away! Can't see a dang thing. Go somewhere else. Avoid them!!!!! read more

We rented a Yamaha VX Wave Runner and it was super smooth. Paul was great to work with, including adding a day later, at the four day rate. Great to work with. Will definitely be back when we are in the area. read more

I rent from Paul on a regular basis, including boats, snowmobiles, yard equipment, etc. He is fair and sets the right expectation. No surprises and his equipment always works! I will continue to rent from him. My only wish is he would offer insurance on snowmobile rentals (he may but last time I checked insurance was not offered). read more

We just rented some Waverunners from Paul's over the weekend; no complaints about the products- we got them they worked well, we had fun. My complaint is about the billing. There is a hidden 3.5% surcharge when you use a credit card, and they really don't offer any other way to pay. Although they call it a "convenience charge", I am sure they are just charging the consumer for their expense from Visa/Mastercard. It is their cost of doing business, and there is NOTHING on the website notifying customers, although there is a small print sign once you get onsite in the office. Leaves a bad taste in your mouth, but if that's what they want to do, their choice. 3.5% of $440 in rentals is about $15. That I can handle, but the real issue is that they charge it on the refundable $1000 deposit, and the tax! That's $35 for what? And guess what- they don't refund it when they return the deposit. They need to be smarter and care more about their customers- there is no need to incur the charge on a deposit - run a credit slip and keep it in the desk drawer, suggest customers write a check for the deposit, lots of better ways. read more

We rented a pontoon recently and Paul and the entire staff was great to work with. Paul delivered the pontoon to a local lake on time and made the entire process easy and painless. The pontoon ran perfectly and really completed to our family getaway! read more

Great place to rent snowmobiles. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Entire process was fast and smooth. Will definitely be returning!

My family and I have been renting from Paul and his staff for years- we have rented all sorts of equipment and jet skis from him. Paul is a great guy and we have never had any issues with him or the items we have rented. read more

Great place to rent!!! Paul and staff are friendly and helpful. We just rented 5 sleds from Paul for 2 days over the holiday weekend. We have rented from him in the past and he, by far, provides the best service there is. His snowmobiles are always in excellent condition and he is very accommodating and helpful. He ensured a quick paperwork check in process and thoroughly went over the sleds with us. I have referred him to many people and will continue to do so. I will always rent from Paul! read more
