Two hours later Paul and Tom came out and explained to me that they couldn't get their truck around the back of my house without someone clearing and leveling the ground. Paul called a friend and in an hour Dale Johnson from Dale Johnson Trucking came with a load of rock and sand and within two hours the land was leveled and cleared. Paul came back and they maneuvered the truck into position and changed out my well pump. I would like to say that every person that I talked to from both Wranik Well Drilling & Septic and Dale Johnson Trucking were professional, helpful and friendly. I am still amazed that I was only without water for one day. Both businesses will have me as customer for life and I will tell anyone that will listen what a positive experience I had. I guess that happens when you work with good people.

I received a proposal (conventional septic) and while the price was very reasonable, the staff and owner refused to answer my questions about why, among other things, there were four places within the agreement in which they could raise the price (I see another reviewer had this issue as well.) I contacted them on seven different occasions attempting to get an answer about the agreement and a soil test for which they said I had to pay. I was ignored and many weeks later, when I finally received a voicemail answer, their employee Bruce Collins, said 'the girls' had showed them all the emails I sent and they (he and owner Tom) "don't know what I'm getting at with my questions". He went on to say owner Tom won't address my questions and doesn't want my business. This whole thing reeks of them thinking I'm just a silly girl, asking far too many questions. I was thoroughly insulted by this response but more than happy to move on because what woman would want to do business with them after being treated this way? I just needed to know if I had a soil test. When I called back to simply find out if I had a soil test I could use to hire another service, I was met with a combative 'office manager' named Shannon. The phone was on speaker and my son was listening as I asked her to send me something stating I don't owe them for a soil test. She hollered at me claiming I was harassing them by sending them 'all these nasty emails'! I have a copy of every single communication and a timeline of events and nobody would consider anything I wrote or said, 'nasty'. I was again ready to let this all go but then I heard through the grapevine that the office manager, Shannon, told Cindy Collins (their employee Bruce's wife) that I am a 'b__tch'!! Full disclosure, Cindy is my sister-in-law and upon learning that I was being called names, I wrote a letter explaining all of this and sent it to the owners, at their home, so the office manager couldn't intercept my letter. I asked them to contact me for an explanation or maybe even an apology for this unprofessional behavior. That was on July 22 and to date, Tom & Candy Arts, the owners, have not responded. Terrible experience. Currently searching for another service.
