The big guys gave us a song and dance about why they couldn't get to us till Monday at the earliest, and with a litany of the rigmarole they would have to do. Not Wayne--he called us back within two hours (on Friday night) and said, "I'll be there at 9 tomorrow." And he was. He also had a MUCH simpler way of getting us back up and running, at minimal expense. Bravo for him. We later hired him to excavate and wrap the lines with insulation (which the original installer should have done). He did it quickly, efficiently, and left things looking great. When he realized the line wasn't where he expected it to be, no complaints, he just shifted direction and got it done. We'd recommend him in a heartbeat.

Travis did an excellent job and went above and beyond to accommodate our tight schedule. He…read morereplaced leaky old faucets in the kitchen and bathroom, including repairing leaky pipes below. He had to get creative with fitting new hardware to old sinks. Travis also replaced all the tub/shower fixtures and valve, reworked the pipes in the wall, and fixed all the leaks. Travis had a great attitude, he cleaned up everything after he was finished and had very fair pricing. We definitely recommend him for any plumbing needs.
