The technician, Michael put me in contact with Rhonda who made things right with the order, getting the price even lower than my expectation. The technician, Michael called in the morning to shorten my time window. When he wasn't going to make that window, he called to ensure I was aware. When he arrived, he was pleasant and got right to work. He explained things when I asked and finished in a reasonable amount of time.
