After driving cross country (west coast) I had very little time to schedule cleaning services for my Yukon I was giving to my daughter and son-in-law because of other work on it-windshield and tires. I called and left a message at Elite was the call was returned in about an hour. After explaining my situation, the young lady on the phone discussed with Chris and Chris made room for me. Booked an appointment for 7:30 Thursday morning. On paper, this seemed convenient, fair price, and it's good supporting local. However, they did not show up, their phone lines are busy, and have no contacted me in any way or form. I spent a lot of time preparing my vehicle, a heads up would've been nice. No call, no show. About an hour after the appointment was due I finally get a text back after making dozens of phone calls. The text entailed that they are out of town for the next two days, yet they accepted and confirmed that my appointment works for them yesterday. Frustrating, wasted my time. read more

He came to our home today and did a "paint correction" 6-step process on my pickup truck that had amassed several micro scratches, scuffs and marks from off-roading (and from my kids' bikes passing by in the garage). I had my car's interior detailed by Chris and he did a phenomenal job with the messy pet hair and dog licked windows! The only thing I'll say is that it took a little longer than projected on the website, but my car was horrendous so that just tells me Chris took his time to make sure to be detailed and thorough with it! This tells me they don't want my business which is too bad since we have a fleet of company vehicles. I've rearranged my schedule and have been waiting to get my car cleaned. After purchasing a new car four months ago, I have been taking it to a nearby detailing shop where they also offer hand washing. While they did a decent job, I was told they take appointments yet when I would show up for my scheduled time, they did not honor my appointment. I decided to look into mobile detailing and could not be more pleased with my decision. Chris, the owner, replied promptly, answered all of my questions and was able to accommodate my schedule. He showed up exactly on time and did a phenomenal job on my detail. He took his time, even in the heat, and my car truly looks as good as it did the day I brought it home new!
