The owners are locals to Tyler, a great honest business to have in the community. Our truck looked great after the wash, with lots of vacuum spots to finish. I ask her if this happens a lot and she replies " more than you know". I ask if the usually pay for it and she says" not usually". She calls Omar (the owner in Dallas) and she asks me the make and model of my car. She relates my answer to Omar who replies that my car is too old to fix. The last time I used the soft touch the brushes got WAAAAAY closer than I think they should have which makes me think there is something wrong with the laser sensors that tell it where your roof is.
