There is no chance that you will ever be able to cancel. The fine print says that you have to give written notice. They leave no address. Calls to their phone will get no answer and they tell you they will call you back, but you won't get one. Emails to the email address will get you no response. I've submitted a complaint to the Texas Attorney General because they continue to charge my card and I can't get them to stop despite countless attempts. read more

I've been using this car wash for over a year. No car wash is perfect but many are not good. This car wash does a very good job. The workers try hard and often go the extra mile. There are times when they are understaffed. That can cause a problem with the quality but otherwise the provided towels, free vacuums, and window cleaner are all very nice perks. read more

This place is my now go to. Great job on the car and especially the wheels. Check out the before and after. For the $20 is completely worth the value. I asked for an air freshener and they gave me 2. It took about 10min for the guy to give it to me which is okay. Wish they give it to you before you go thru the wash but hey way better then Xpress and Gleaux. Why am I yelping a car wash, you ask? Simple. Young yelpers look up to me- kind of like a star athlete, or NFL player, sans the spousal abuse. My advice is golden, and I believe that it is my fiduciary duty to inform the local area when a fiscal raping takes place. Scrubbies raised their prices. What's funny is, I'm not bitching about the inflated new prices on their fancy touch screens upon entry. As a business owner- no, as someone who has owned a slew of businesses, I can relate to the increase in water costs, labor costs, and the endless local, state, and federal regulations that strangle small business owners, in this ever so anti-business climate that we find ourselves in these days. In fact, unlike some, I'll shrug off an increase, and will still frequent this business. So, the $4 basic wash is now $5, and the $8 wash, is now $10, and the $10 wash is now $12. Yeah, ok, whatever. But what I won't tolerate is a rape. Not a physical rape, but a fiscal rape. Yeah, Scrubbies, in my opinion, committed the ultimate, fiscal ass raping: You took away the DRYER from the now $5 basic wash. So, allow me to ask- what the hell is a $5 basic wash good for, if we don't get a DRYER included in this price!? So, now it's time for a lesson in basic economics; I go to Scrubbies about once a week, and usually switch off between the basic (was $4), and the next level up (was $8), so on average I spend about $6 a week here, or $300+ a year. Well, that's $300 less that Scrubbies will now get from my pocket. And the look of discontent on the faces of other customers yesterday, I'd bet the $300 that other customers will stop coming here, and will go to the competition. Now, a lesson in Business 101: We come to a car wash out of convenience, because we are either A) Too lazy to wash our own car, or B) We don't have the time to wash our own car. Bad Business Practices. Every Fleet car has a Scrubbies Card to Make it more convenient, Get the car washed so we can look more Professional. On 2/3/15 I went through the wash And the car after was absolutely noticeably filthy. When I showed the Representative (Unknown Name) he Asked" What wash did you get", I told him the Basic Wash. He then Said "Oh the Basic Wash , We are not required to do the car prep on the Basic Wash, So you got what you paid for." And then just walks off. so there is not a Zero Stars. But you can see the pictures. Is Not Cleaned or washed. I could pay Kids on a money making charity , Pay them less and they will clean the whole car , and with dirty old sponges and still do a better job than this company. Scrubbies Car Wash on Old Jacksonville Highway, Tyler, Texas When I pulled into the car wash station, I was watching the man on the left directing my car onto the rails. Before I could turn off my automatic wipers, a huge brush filled with water sloshed onto my windshield, water dripping first, causing my wipers to come on. A loud thud of the brush hit the right wiper and, of course, smashed my wipers. I opened my passenger window to talk to the man who broke my wiper and he immediately picked up the pieces and threw the wet pieces onto my floorboard. He said nothing. I asked what he was going to do about it and he said it wasn't his fault. He said Scrubbies was not responsible for broker wipers. He said It was my fault because I didn't turn off my automatic wipers.He never said he was sorry but argued with me and said I should have read the signs. I've used many places around town and all the attendants either put tape on your wipers or at least remind you to turn them off. I asked one of the other attendants if I could speak to the manager and he said that was the manager. I don't usually give bad reviews, but there is better service at other locations. read more

Do not use this car wash. I pulled my car in he continued to tell me to come forward even though my car would not clear the bar. My car was scratch all the way down the front end of my car underneath. Continued to scratch down the wash. To repair will be several thousand dollars. Do not use this car wash. I just paid $15 for wash and wax. Water spots all over car. Had to vacuum myself. Same price at bubbles gets hand dry, vacuum and windows cleaned. $25 at new wash in Mandarin gets you much better job in and out. Nice staff but overpriced for what you get read more

I've taken three vehicles over there in the past couple of weeks. The service is quick and the results were great. No, they won't get every bug off like a hand wash, but I've been pleased with the results. It sounds like they've raised their prices recently, but I've visited similar facilities in other cities and found their pricing to be on par. read more

WORST CAR WASH EVER!!! It left soap all over my car the first time I went through... The guys working were nice and let me go through again and it was worse the second time. The manager had to get a water hose out and spray all the soap off.. you could see the driveway turning white from all the soap!!! Then I had to leave there with all the water still on my car from being hosed off because there was no way to dry it!!!. Went to get a car wash here and was being guided into the washing lane by some man who was a complete moron. He kept telling and waving to me to pull forward and go to the right which I kept doing to get me in the railing. I've pulled into these things countless times with no issues so it was nothing new to me. As I was pulling into the railing I was guided into the railing which made an awful sound on my tires. He made an awful face at me as if it was my fault but he was the dummy guiding me in the first place even though I was skeptical as to why he kept telling me to go so far to the right when I know my tire was aligned correctly. Once I was finally in the railing he sprayed barely any water on my car to rinse it which might've misted the hood. He got his brush and wiped one streak across my rear window and that was it. After the was was done I checked the car and it was a mess. Nothing came clean. Used the vaccums and left. Thinking nothing of it we went home and woke up this morning, to find my front driver side tire was shredded thanks to this idiot. Never coming back to this trash car wash and dont recommend anyone giving this place a shot at their business. Would have given no stars or a negative star if possible when writing about this place. I cannot comment on the quality of the wash because by the time I got thru it I was so upset that I didn't notice. I do care that this business damaged my car and failed to even bother to contact me. I went thru the wash and at the dryer/blower part, it blew my passenger rear-view mirror off, yes off my car onto the ground where it broke the mirror. Santos, an employee, found it inside the car wash and attempted to reattach it but the clamps were broken and the mirror was cracked in several places. A replacement mirror will cost me $78 according to Allen Samuels. Although I have called several times, no one has returned my call. So my $12 car wash is a bit more expensive than I planned and Scrubbies will not see me or mine again. read more
